Both boys got measured up for there basketball sports chairs by Lee who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The boys are both really pleased with their chairs and felt it made a big difference playing in a chair that was measured for them.

Lee has been so helpful throughout the whole procedure of getting sports wheelchairs for my daughters with great aftercare and help in getting spare parts when needed. Easy company to deal with. Thank you!

I purchased a brand new rgk elite wheelchair in November 2023. After getting sized up by Matt Byrne he was present throughout the whole building period of my chair keeping me up to date with the process. Since receiving my wheelchair I have been selected for the England nps squad taking my wheelchair rugby performance to a whole new level. The chair is fantastic and well worth every penny.

Was a great and simple experience getting measured up for my new chair at the time when doing so. Lee Fawcett was great help with getting everything sorted with it and even suggested a few things along the way when measuring me up. My chair is great and just what I wanted and needed.

I received my first RGK TIGA, which I'd been hoping for for a long time!
The measurements were taken by a professional from Sunrise Medical, who was able to advise me perfectly and meet my expectations.
It's fully welded for durability, with Spinergy XLX wheels. It's extremely light and active, just as I'd hoped. It's compact and looks great in red and black.
Fast delivery and the day before my birthday. Excellent surprise!

Even though the quality of their sport wheelchairs is typically good. Their local support in the country that we bought an RGK wheelchair (Turkey) is essentially nonexistent.
We had our wheelchair damaged during a flight. We needed a declaration of the damage from RGK to go through the paperwork and deal with the airline insurance. We have never received any support as their support member in Turkey was unavailable. We have been trying for several months (from 7 Feb 2024) and still no support is provided.

Had my consultation with Lee from RGK and it was simply amazing. He really listened to what I wanted and needed but also gave his insight to what he thought would work better for me (me a 1st time chair user vs him a seasoned chair user). He was really knowledgeable about all things RGK and made the whole process easy for me.

The chairs themselves where so comfortable and incredibly light! I couldn't belive it! I've not yet been able to lift a wheelchair on my own but I could with these. They also look really beautiful and sleek.

I walked away from that appointment so hopeful and excited about my future. RGK really feels like a company that was truly made with actual wheelchair users in mind. I have nothing but great words to say about RGK and Lee. Excited to carry on my wheelchair journey with them.

Poor service. Many errors in the order confirmation. Endless waiting time for delivery (7 months) Parts were incorrectly assembled/welded. Redelivery of parts incorrect again. Customer service does not respond. They don't seem to care. Never again!

Brilliant experience with my second day chair with RGK. Alan my assessor was excellent and listened to my wishes and advised I get a Octane Sub4. I was going on Holiday a hoped I could get chair before the off. Alan said he'd do his best to get me the completed chair before departure and 2 days before we left I got my brand new Octane Sub 4. Love the chair, so light and easy to put in car for me and family. Really get experience with Alan and RGK from fitting to handover. Will definitely use RGK again, the best custom made Wheelchairs in the world.

Couldn’t praise RGK enough, I have an Octane FX which is fantastic. I can honestly say that it’s been life changing. It’s easy to fold/unfold, small and light enough for me to fold and get in any car independently and I love the fact it can go in an overhead locker of aeroplanes which takes out the stress of having my chair damaged by airlines. It’s fit and weight make it easy to manoeuvre and has really helped lessen the strain on my shoulders, wrists and hands as well.

I have the frontwheel to go with my octane FX and this is a game changer when it comes to grass, gravel and handles cobbles beautifully. Being compact it means you can negotiate doorways and shops without having to take it off if you’ve been using it. I use mine mostly for long distance wheeling and negotiating gravel.

Now to the RGK team. What can I say other than they are brilliant. Their reps are knowledgeable and will guide you through choosing a chair set up that just right for you. They are friendly, really listen and go above and beyond. The whole team from the reps to the office are lovely, easy to get hold of and make everything a personal caring experience.

All in all, I’ve had my OctaneFX for 18 months and have really put it through its paces, it’s great! I’d recommend RGK 100% to anyone needing a new manual chair and I’ll definitely be going back to them when my day chair needs renewing and also for my custom basketball chair.

To sum up in brief: RGK chairs are life changing, go for it!

I love my RGK chair! I have the Tiga Sub 4 and it's always been great and super lightweight so I can lift it into the car pretty easily.
I have the spinergy wheels and they've paired really well with the tiga frame and combined is a really lightweight and durable combo that has given me so much indepndence!

RGK support team have also been really lovely via email and their instagram, always friendly when responding :)

I love RGK, and I love my RGK chair. It has made a major impact on my game.

I had a great experience with RGK overall. I decided to get the Octane FX and have been using it for 1 year now. They were very attentive with the measurements and the wheelchair really fits like a glove. The wheelchair itself is of great quality and I had no issues with it! Just need to do the basic maintenance once in a while to keep it in great shape. The folding feature is life changing. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had continually great experiences with RGK. From getting my Octane FX to how incredibly fast their services are in emergencies and with things purchased through them!

I would give no stars if I could. Years ago a great company, now awful and would avoid. I ordered a chair in June 2023, told 2/3 months, it arrived late December only after constant chasing, but arrived unusable, the footplate kept dropping, it was completely the wrong colour, the front wheel didn’t lift the castor wheels off the floor, the castor hub caps didn’t stay on. It got sent back, told 2 weeks it took 6, I have just received it back and it is still unusable, the footplate still drops, the front wheel does not lift the wheels off the ground, the castor caps are still too big and now the wrong colour as well! The only thing resolved is it has been painted the correct colour and the lateral supports are slightly better but not how they should be. Phoned them to be told that someone will look into it. But it’s disgraceful when you pay thousands for a wheelchair. They used to be a great company. But now there is not even any way to complain that I can find. I would be far happier if I could get the money back and buy a chair from elsewhere because I have had nothing but problems, but even that doesn’t seem an option which again is wrong. I would avoid them at all costs.
