We’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. However, for the sake of accuracy and for those considering our services, we’d like to clarify several important points.

First and most importantly: you did not lose money using our system. Ours are the only in this industry that have, overall, operated smoothly even in this tumultuous market.

Between April 25, 2025 and July 17, 2025, your account generated a net profit of $2,264.96 (approximately 2%) during the time it was actively connected and running.

You purchased the R-50 system in early April 2025 and were onboarded on April 25, 2025. During onboarding, you were clearly shown how to perform a brief weekly “housekeeping” check—typically a 2–5 minute process—to ensure your VPS and brokerage account remained properly connected to the MetaTrader platform. At the time, this was standard across the industry due to the limitations of copy-trading infrastructure.

It’s also important to clarify that we do not—and cannot—access client brokerage accounts on their behalf. This is by design, for client security and control. As such, we would not have represented that we could perform these actions for you.

Our records indicate that your system experienced interruptions due to disconnections (for example, the MetaTrader terminal being closed by the user), which prevented the system from operating continuously. This directly impacts performance and is separate from the strategy itself.

Since that time, we have fully upgraded our infrastructure and eliminated the need for VPS/MetaTrader setups entirely—removing this point of friction for clients altogether.

Regarding your refund request, the terms of eligibility were clearly outlined in your agreement and require continuous system usage under proper operating conditions over the evaluation period. Those conditions were not met in this case.

We understand that this may not have aligned with your expectations, but it’s important that prospective clients understand the full and accurate context: your account was profitable during active use, and the challenges experienced were related to connectivity, not system failure.

We’re currently reaching out to all R-10 users to coordinate a transition to an updated mainframe configuration.

R-10 has performed exceptionally well over the past four years. While 2025 year-to-date returns have been modest, the system has done exactly what it was designed to do in challenging conditions: preserve capital. In an environment where many comparable systems across the industry experienced complete drawdowns, R-10 remained resilient.

Hello Kevin,

We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with the outcome of our systems. Looking at your record, you utilized two of our older algorithmic systems, R-2 (which is still running) and R-2.5 (where you had an issue).

We see that in August and September of last year our team had been reaching out to you because we noticed your MetaTrader platform was disconnected from your brokerage. This happens when brokers disconnect from their servers while the market is closed, typically to perform maintenance. Sometimes those reconnections are not established automatically. We walk all clients through a quick weekly check to be sure they remained connected, and this information is also in our user guide. This has nothing to do with our software, but with the client’s brokerage itself. However, we monitored these connections for clients and would reach out to anybody who we saw was disconnected for any extended duration. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you as you were out of the country. This is why your R-2.5 system saw a loss.

Your R-2 system is performing excellently and is still running today. Your R-2 has yielded a net return of just shy of 13% with a maximum historic drawdown of only -1.5%. Stupendous results. You could even consider increasing the risk parameters on this system slightly and yield a higher return with only a moderately increased risk. We’re happy to assist you with this if you’d like – just reach out to your account manager.
Regarding your R-2.5 disconnection, we no longer use a VPS / MetaTrader connection setup on any client accounts. We made an internal investment in a cloud-based system to replace it, since we saw too many instances of user-errors such as yours.

Over the past year, R10 prioritized capital preservation during unusually volatile conditions. While returns were more moderate than target, the account remained positive and avoided the significant drawdowns many traders experienced during that period.
