My experience with Ridge has been professional and the account manager is very patience in addressing every questions I have and making sure my account is updated. Ridge as a whole always inform their investors of market trends and what options we have with their systems. The systems are functional as they are.
I've had a great experience with the staff. AJ, Jay and Ben have all been professional, knowledgeable and supportive.

These guys are great. They are proactive in solving problems. They go beyond what they have to do to make it right, and they're very accessible.
This is the most deceptive, unethical, smooth-talking fraudulent player in the forex con game. I paid them $25,000 for the bot that never earned any profit consistently, funded account to the tune of $100k. After a few weeks the bot stopped working. I noticed after about 2 weeks. I told them i wanted a refund. I had signed on because they promised me the account would be hands-off because i made it clear that I did not have the time to be resetting the bot every week. They assured me that i would not need to be resetting every week or logging in, that THEY WERE GOING TO DO THAT FOR ME going forward!. They told me they would monitor my account but only did that until the 3 month cancellation period lapsed and then they abandoned my account. They would not take calls, and when they eventually did they came up with all sorts of excuses but they refused to refund my $25k. I tried to get my bank to recall my funds but they brought out some clause that said cancellation could only be done if system did not generate profit after i have used the system continuously for several montrhs which condition i met but they denied anyway. They told the bank that they would resolve matter with me and get my account back online. Five months later i am still waiting to hear anything from these rogues. Their system does not deliver any returns close to what they tout and advertize. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM RIDGE CAPITAL. A bunch of fraudulent thieves who will say anything just to get you to sign up, pocket your hard-earned money and then they move on to their next victim. Don't touch them with a pole. This is advice to the owner(s). Your business (or con game) will not prosper or last long unless you change your ways and make genuine amends to everyone you have defrauded. What goes around comes around, eventually. It is a law of nature and a spiritual reality. What you sow is what you reap, eventually. If you don't reap it now, you will in your old age. If you don't, your children and generations will reap it. You can argue all you want, write these made-up replies in TrustPilot. Nobody gets away with these things. I wish you luck!

I have used Ridge Capital’s system for approximately three years, including nearly two years running their R-50 strategy across two separate accounts.
From a trading perspective, the core issue is that the strategy exhibits a structurally negative expectancy.
The system appears to operate as a mean-reversion approach—taking positions against extended price moves and capturing relatively small take-profits. This results in a high win rate on paper, but with a severely unfavorable profit-to-loss ratio.
Winning trades are consistently small and realized quickly, while losing trades are not actively managed. Instead of being cut at defined risk thresholds, losing positions are held and allowed to drift significantly against the account. Over time, these unrealized losses accumulate and become dominant.
This creates a classic “high win rate / large loss tail risk” profile:
• Frequent small gains
• Infrequent but catastrophic losses
• Negative long-term expectancy
More concerning is that the advertised risk management framework was not enforced in practice.
On one account, a stated 20% max drawdown / stop-loss was never triggered, with losses exceeding 55% before partial capital erosion (~30%) was realized.
On a second account, drawdown reached approximately 80%, despite a communicated 40% risk cap. Again, no effective stop mechanism was observed.
This indicates either:
1. Stop-loss controls are not systemically enforced, or
2. Risk is being redefined dynamically in a way that materially exceeds communicated parameters
In either case, this is not consistent with standard portfolio risk management principles.
Additionally, the strategy’s “recovery” mechanism appears to rely on mean reversion without hard loss realization, effectively increasing exposure to adverse trends. This resembles a form of loss deferral rather than true risk mitigation.
The system also gives the impression of diversification through multiple positions, but in practice, correlated exposure and aging losing trades concentrate risk over time.
Net result:
• Approx. 50% capital loss across accounts
• Significant ongoing system costs
• Minimal sustained profitability (only ~2 months positive over ~3 years)
Based on my experience, this is not a viable risk-managed trading system. Any strategy with undefined downside and reliance on mean reversion without enforced stops carries substantial blow-up risk.
I strongly recommend that prospective users analyze the system’s expectancy, max adverse excursion (MAE), and actual drawdown enforcement before committing capital

I have been very happy with the guidance I have been given by my team member Denmark. He responds to me quickly and stays on with me as long as needed to ensure that I understand what is happening and why. I have gotten notices from my program that have been a little confusing and all I have to do is let him know and he reacts as quickly as can be expected. I have also had customer service reach out to me to verify that I am knowledgeble. I have even had a one on one with one of the founders! My program was shockingly gaining in the first two months. It has slowed down a lot, however, has not lost money. Pretty shocking considering the madman in office and the behavior of bad Americans.

They did a great job with onboarding and helping me set up my accounts and brokerages. I had about five months with them so far and their trading platform has been very consistent. It turned me a modest 2.6% profit in March during a quiet month in the FOREX market overall and I’m increasing my risk settings this month to see what I can really do. Overall I couldn’t be happier they have a great product. I’d recommend them

I purchased R10 from Ridge Capital back in March 2025. I started funding the account with small investments and then added more funds over time. After one year in, not only have I been unable repay for the upfront cost of the R10 algo, but I'm also $3,000 under my total investment amount (~ 1.2% loss of total value over a 12 months). My Account Manager AJ was wonderful during the intital set up and the service is easy to use and maintain. I was hopeful this solution would deliver the expected 3-5% in monthly returns. While this level did occur for a few of the months, the down months of -5% to -7% per month, erased all gains for the year.

Real customer, real review here. I’m figuring nobody cares about anything but performance, but I will say that support has been great. I purchased S15 from Ridge in December of last year. That was a short month so only about a 1% return. Jan 1.6 and Feb so far 1.35. Max DD just over 1.1. Hoping in time I can get to more like a 2-3 monthly average but so far the risk/reward and gains are stable and I’m happy with S15 and the support provided.

I have been a client of RCS for a year now so I feel very comfortable leaving them a review. As I understand it, the system I have been using is one of their older “algorithmic” systems called R2. It may be older technology but it’s been great. In a year, I have a 26.5% return and it hasn’t risked much in the process. I don’t have a tremendously large account because I only traded with what I was really willing to risk at the time. Since I was new to trading, this wasn’t much. But this has opened my eyes to a whole new world. Now that I’m a year in, I’ll probably add another system. I’ve been looking at the S15 system. If I decide to do that, I’ll wait another year and leave another review on that one.
I was hesitant on this, but now I would highly recommend Ridge and was glad to leave a review for them.

Ridge Capital lost over 90% in one of my two accounts (handled by their R2.5 algo) and after a year, my second account (R2.0) was up less than 6%. AVOID THIS COMPANY. they baited and switched me to get out of the 60 day money back guarantee and now I profoundly regret ever doing business with them. The switch did nothing but allowed them to keep my $10,000 wasted fee.

I was asked if I would leave a review for Ridge and am glad to leave a positive one. I’ve never used- any kind of automated trading system before and am glad I began that journey with Ridge. I’ve started small with the X5 system. That has been running since July 29 of last year. In that time, I am at just over a 10% gain and the maximum negative drawdown on my account has been 1.3%. While I hoped for more than about a 1.4% monthly average, I am also happy to get these returns considering how wild the markets are these days. Yes, the S&P500 will probably have returned more than this in a year but that is very speculative and obviously requires the market to go up in value whereas this system can earn- whether markets are going up or down. I plan to let this grow for a few years.
I paid a large licensing fee to Ridge Capital Solutions for a trading service they said should average three to five percent per month. After a year it has averaged 1.1% per month. After account management fees it is less than that.
3/5/2026 RCS contacted me to address my inquiry about why my account under performed compared to other accounts using R10, over similar time periods. Some of this information would have been useful to know at the beginning. I am updating my recent experience from 1 to 3 stars. I hope I can keep improving it.
