Denmark was great in on-boarding experience. Very helpful, as a whole the set up process is as good as I've seen.
Hopefully the systems match that on performance.

A year ago I invested in 2 systems per Bens recommendation. I started small with 10 K per account giving it up to a year to see how things shook out.
In the first -5 months the rx5 was out pacing the Ra10.
Both were doing around 2%/ mo. better than most but less than advertised still I waited. When the tariffs were announced everything changed. RX5 went negative and has remained so, it has tried clawing back but has ended the year down 6% ish. The Ra10 held on better and ended at 20% which is better than the S&P @ 14.09 % . This is the reason I did small even amounts as a test. The best part is seeing the Rx5 loss the development team offered a replacement algo which had been shown to perform in these circumstances as a no cost switch out. I just finished the switch with AJ and with her help it went seamlessly. So far they have treated me as I would treat my own customers and that is all I can expect from anyone. Fair is hard to find.

Denmark Andal was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, patient, and friendly throughout the process of helping me to move my investments from one broker to another. Very complicated process, but he knew just what to do.

Michael was very patient in helping us through what proved to be a long, trying journey. Our foreign brokerage partner left us hanging for an unreasonable amount of time.

The communication and instructions were very clear. The Ridge team has a lot of enthusiasm which is great. I'm very excited to be a client.

My history with Ridge Capital, at least so far, has been brief and a bit disjointed, but I’ve come away with a high regard for the business, the service and the people. My first contact, Ben Farnese, was exceptional. Low key is almost an understatement. Ben is my Executive Consultant… translate that to sales guy… who has offered support thru every phase of my adventure. Based on my time with Ben, I purchased a license and began onboarding. Then it hit the fan. My bank refused to transfer money into my new, Mexican brokerage, throwing up red flags left and right. (Strangely, that brokerage has a higher Trustpilot rating than my bank.) Ultimately, along with their refusal to transfer MY money, they offered to send me a flyer about Elder abuse. Clearly, they know my age (76), but nothing in our conversation warranted the insult.

My wife joined the red flag brigade, insisting I speak with my best friend, who is very good with money and investments. His advisor looked over the program and threw his own red flags. I also spoke with my son, a CPA. He suggested some other low risk short term investments as an alternative.

I typically trust myself in money decisions, but the pushback I received caused me to fold… at least for now.

After an hour on the phone with one of the principals, Adam LoPorto, and a bit more agonizing, I asked to be let out of my contract. I know there are costs associated with making a sale and onboarding assistance and I offered to cover those costs. Ridge allowed me to exit with no cost at all.

All of this says “integrity” to me. I believe Ridge Capital’s offerings are sound investments and I’ll be back, once my short term objective is met. These are good folks.

Personal involvement by several key individuals

Algorithmic trading involves risks that you may not be aware of when endeavoring in this space. I evaluated many automated trading algos before settling on Quantum, which was acquired by Ridge soon thereafter. If you are considering getting into automated AI trading, evaluate not the return but the trading frequency and risk management practices. Ridge has good risk management but some trading styles may not be suitable for your patience or risk tolerance. Excellent service, but the models need additional maturing.

Patient, kind, and trust worthy is how I describe Ridge Capital Solutions. I had health complications and they waited, for me to recover to setup and fund my accounts. I am not knowledgeable about the ins and outs, of all their products, but the ones I purchased will easily outperform the local banks return by two to ten times. Let AI do the work and be patient.

Bad from the start. Lost $1.2k on the initial money exchange. "That has NEVER happened before," Might get it back when I cashout. 5 months in and still nothing. Moved money from other account since below min balance and increased risk, still nothing. Better returns in a bank at 3.8%. Will get out when the monthly service fee kicks in. A waste of $10k. Grrr. Do LOTS of research before investing. I have heard other companies offer to take their fee out of your profits.
