Today the company delivered heating oil for our neighbour. When the driver turned around at the end of our estate, he ruined my front lawn.
I am not able to contact directly with the company, phone number does not work, e-mail address not available. I have picture and videos about the damages.

Ordered oil at 11 pm on Sunday night, delivered by 2.30 pm on Monday. Excellent service. (Galway county). Best price available.

The driver was friendly and rang me 10 min before he arrived as I requested. Took 5 minutes to fill up the tank. Next day delivery worked out fine for me

I have spent over €1000 with this oil company this year alone. And when I purchased oil again off them, my oil lid had blown off with the storm which they couldn’t give me the oil and told me on the 2nd October that they issued me a refund. After a lot of back and forth and constantly telling me it was my fault and an issue with my bank that I hadn’t received the money which was €458. On the 15th October I had to ring them again and only then did they take accountability for their mistake. They gave me no compensation for the delay in the money back my account. I have a small baby and I needed the refund to get oil to heat my house and not as much as a cent in an apology for their mistake I’m currently waiting 2 weeks now for the return of the refund. I’m desperately disappointed in this company as I have been a loyal customer to them and they didn’t have any consideration for my family or the business I have given them.

I ordered 1000 litre kerosene on Sunday from them. Delivery date in the email was Monday. In the afternoon, just for sure, called Klass Oil to ask for the time. Without a problem, she checked my Order number and gave the new delivery date. Because the computer can't do it correctly due to number of deliveries. Next day checked my Tank because someone stated, the driver was rude and not willing filling the rest in drums when the tank is full. I had more in my tank than expected, and 1000 litres are far too much. So, I called her again and ask for cancellation. She agreed, and I had my money back a few days later. Friendly and attentive contact is all I can say. Just keep yourself in mind, how you're calling into the woods same way it calls back to you.

Avoid this company.
We have issues with quality of kerosene.
We found out water in our barrel mixed with kerosene.
We got this kerosene in January 2025.
Just for bussiness used to
I was contacted and explained and looked for advice and help.
But unfortunately they are can not resolved this issue due to storm happened in February and blamed me the barrel was not proper closed but barrel was in secure place under roof.
So just in future check quality of kerosene.
I better pay more but quality products.
My advice just avoided this company.
Better price is not better quality.

Avoid. No way of phoning them and they dont respond to online query submissions via their website.

Custom service non existing stay clear ordered oil got email two hours later to say payment failed yet money taken from account... Cannot contact anyone to get answers

Shambles.

Ordered Oil to be told it would be delivered Tuesday. Arranged for someone to be at home all day for a no show. Now I need to arrange someone to be home tomorrow in case they finally turn up.

Don't bother dealing with these cowboys.

I should have learned from the previous experience and not to order oil with them again. poor customer service long delivery
There is no way to get an update and people need to take holidays of as you don't know when the driver is coming

Ordered kerosene was told delivery would be Tuesday, no sign of anyone called office the following morning, was told they would definitely be there that day, still no delivery and office not answering phone.

I ordered oil in the evening, got delivery next day even in the busy season. Fast delivery, fair price! Friendly driver called in advance of delivery. Very happy with services.

Would put zero stars if I could. Ordered for next day delivery and oil arrived 6 days later! The driver was extremely rude when he turned up half an hour early to deliver the oil. Never again, avoid at all costs. I would rather pay more from a local company.

Ordered for next day delivery, no contact number, i sent an email . Supposed to receive the oil on friday, i was informed that i will definitely receive it on monday. And on Monday i contacted with them and they said Tuesday this time.on their website they confirmed that the next day delivery. Never again with this company

Ordered kerosine online. Realised after placing the order I forgot to ask to be notified an hour ahead of delivery. Took me a bit of time to find the phone number (look for klass oil). But when I got hold of them, they added my request and I was indeed called an hour ahead of delivery.

Ordered online and they took payment straight away. They then took 6 days to deliver, despite email confirmation advising delivery would be on the next working day.
They were impossible to contact. I emailed them, sent them a message via their web form and also left them a voice message (after calling them on their phone number, that they deliberately make difficult to find).
I understand that they were busy but that does not excuse making false promises and the absence of communication.
I have used them several times before but unlikely to do so again.

Cannot reach the company at all. No reply to emails or to facebook messenger. Phone is never answered and no updates provided by them when deliveries are late.

The most pig ignorant staff, the worst customer service and a genuinely terrible experience. The lack of respect they have for customers is truly something.

IF YOU CAN'T REACH RIGHT PRICE OIL, CALL KLASS OIL TO FIND OUT WHEN YOUR OIL WILL BE DELIVERED!!!!!

This was my first time ordering oil from Right price. It was easy to order and I received a confirmation of my order to my email. However, the oil didn't Arrive on the expected day and I could not get in contact with Right price as their number didn't work and they didn't respond to my emails.

I started to get worried when I read the reviews (Please read the reviews before Ordering). However, one review was able to find the information they needed to get details on the delivery of their oil By calling Klass Oil. I called Klass Oil this morning and they were able to tell me that my oil would be delivered Later today. That was at 11am, the oil just arrived at 2:30pm. Lovely delivery driver and followed my notes about my tank.

Would I recommend Right Price Oil? Yes and No,. They have no customer service and I had to go digging to find answers on my delivery, But the Price is unbeatable.
