I have to say after ordering and reading reviews ,I was for a minute very worried but . I ordered kerosene the 12September 2024 and added the 14th for delivery and received it on time and the gentleman was very friendly!I also received the correct amount of kerosene according to the price advertised.

This company appear to have no administration so if you miss a delivery or have to change anything, forget about it. We ordered oil on August 21st and asked for a phone call before delivery but they never called so we missed it. We then spent the next 2 weeks ringing, emailing and Facebook messenger and got nowhere. I ended up finding a post on Facebook that suggested calling Klass oil and they were able to arrange our Right Price Oil delivery for the next day and were very apologetic.

Luckily it had been warm as it took us 2 weeks to get our oil. I would never recommend to anyone and would actively discourage.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The online ordering process was seamless and incredibly user-friendly. Delivery was prompt and the driver was professional and courteous.

Ordered 1000 lites on 20 Aug 2024 but the delivery driver could only fill 898 liters into tank. Invoice does not come with a proper breakdown in cent per liter ( they charged 99.50 cent on my order) instead of 90 cent on the original order. Stay way clear of this company and I wish I had seen previous reviews who had similar experiences.

Ordered online on 22nd of July and they came on 23rd of July. No issues. (Make sure your tank can take the amount of oil you order my only suggestion)

Ordered kerosene on the 16 July and was delivered on the 17July. The delivery driver was was experienced and quick and went out of his way not to damage any flowers in the garden. P.j.

We used RPO on several occasions, each time being a straightforward affair. This was until they overcharged us on our last order, failed to issue refund, failed in any way to communicate to a standard expected. They have ignored emails and calls. We still have not received our money back.

Read all the negative reviews and please use your money on a well-run respected business.

There is a reason why 2/3 of reviews are 1*. I recently purchased 500l, and they did not deliver the next day as promised, but they delivered on day 5 without apology. You cannot contact them. No phone number. No response to email back after purchase. No response to email from contact form. It was a little disconcerting, but they did deliver...

I got the delivery but because the hose had to come through the house there was damage done.
My filter tap was completely broken, the driver and my husband noted it at the time but driver denied any damage was done afterwards. My replacement has cost me 200e.
No honesty or integrity with this company.

I ordered oil yesterday and it was delivered to the wrong address. Right price oil responded immediately to my email and sent me another delivery of oil and were very polite and courteous. Will definitely order from them again

Hello, I’m writing because I see a lot of bad reviews, I don’t know, I read it and got scared, but I ordered kerosene on March 22 and they delivered it on March 23! very grateful!

DO NOT USE....... EVER. I ordered oil on the 29th of February....... It's now the 8th of March !!!! No delivery, no contact, won't answer numerous emails, no phone number. Please learn from this and do NOT use them, advertise lower prices but an absolute scam !! For the sake of 20/30 euro go to someone that will actually deliver on time. Disgraceful.

Brilliant service, Declan was absolutely excellent. We ran out of oil and he came first thing the next morning. Great job.

Happy customer.. I was a bit anxious after reading the reviews on this company after ordering our kerosene.. but I honestly can’t say anything negative.. I only ordered it on Thursday evening and it arrived early today Friday
So they have a thumbs up from me

I ordered in the morning and it was delivered the following morning. I did panic in between ordering and delivery after reading the reviews online but I am happy to say that I've had a good experience with rightpriceoil.ie and would use them again. I also got a reply to an email an hour after sending it.

I ordered 300 litres of kerosene oil on January 17th to be delivered the following day January 18th.

I received an automatic invoice via email minutes later. I then tried to contact the company when they oil never arrived but discovered there was no contact details provided. I then began to look into the reviews which stated delays in oil delivery, unreachable via phone or email, rude drivers and many peoples tanks being under filled. I understand numerous people have contacted the Gardai as will I be.

I sent numerous emails which have been ignored. I received a call today Saturday to say the truck has broken down !! I am based in Galway and this call from an office in Wicklow ! I then looked at reviews and many people were told this numerous times. I requested that another truck be sent out asap, the girl on the phone said she would call me back with an update but never did.

I am now in a state of panic as if I request a refund this will take days but if I allow them to come I run the risk of getting an incorrect amount of oil or being messed around even further. I have never ordered oil and not received it that day or the following day. I now don’t think I can trust them that it will come on Monday nearly a week later !!

I am afraid to let the lorry men around the house alone or they will use the excuse the couldn’t gain access or have put it in the neighbours tank as they seem to have done to others !!!

I have decided to contact the Gardai as I believe there is something more going on here and this is completely illegal. I have been left without oil on the coldest week of the year, we have snow at present!

Please stay away !!!

Absolute COWBOYS

Very poor customer service. Also gave me less than what I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend them. I am very disappointed with lack of communication. I have sent them a few emails but no reply.

No heating now dreadful company STAY AWAY from this company I am now going to the Garda 😡😡😡😡

Was told oil would be delivered the next day. No reply to emails asking where they were. We were out of oil in the middle of December and freezing. Monday truck supposedly came to gate but said gate wasn't open. He didn't even ring the buzzer. Eventually arrived the Tuesday evening. Not a happy customer at all.

Made an order, received an email that it would be delivered the next day. 5 days later and I still have not received the oil. The phone number does not connect "mailbox is full"! Do respond to emails. In the meantime I have had to order 200 ltr from another company. They delivered within hours!!!
