I had an excellent experience at Right Tiles, all thanks to Mohit. I was actually on my way to Tile Giant but happened to spot this place by chance…and I’m so glad I did.

Mohit was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in. His friendly approach and professionalism made the whole process effortless, and the store’s wonderful collection of tiles made choosing even easier.

Because of Mohit’s great service, I ended up purchasing my tiles here without a second thought. Thank you, Mohit! You are truly an asset to the business! Highly recommended. 🙌

I went to the Hanworth/Feltham branch to purchase a large amount of tiles, I was confused which tiles to get as there are so many designs and colours to choose from. However the sales person named Parth helped me choose the perfect tiles for my kitchen and living room project, I explained to Mr Parth that I require colours to match my kitchen and living room colours, he showed me various designs and I selected the Spanish tiles for my project, thank you Mr Parth for helping me choose the right tiles and your great service. I will surely come again for my next project. Thank you so much.

Right Tiles have a big range of indoor tiles and so we were able to find the perfect colour and pattern. At first we struggled to decide because it was not possible to get a sample but once that happened it all went smoothly and we bought tiles for two bathrooms and the entire downstairs. The delivery was on time, one pack of tiles was missing but it was very easy to arrange the additional pack. A big big thank you to Lali at Right Tiles Farnborough. If not Lali, we would have spent much more time searching for the right product and we probably wouldn't have had them on time for the installers. Lali also advised us on the grout type and in general the communication with Lali was very easy and made our life much easier during a very stressful year.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this review in the hope that the owners will be able to intervene as their staff and/or policy are bad for customers. Tiles were delivered broken and they have insisted on us going to collect the replacement tiles when I told them that we had no vehicle large enough for such large tiles. After two weeks of haggling we were forced to send our handyman with his van and the replacement tiles were broken so it was a wasted journey so I emailed but they are ignoring me, so I went into the Farnborough store looking for Abdullah and found a very rude person called Ali.
I asked about the replacement tiles and he said you did not have them and then I asked why my emails are being ignored and he said he had no idea and then I asked about details for the owners and he told me they do not work in any of their stores so I asked him for a full refund and he refused so I told him that I had a tiler charging me £250 a day for tiles he does not have to fit and that I will be suing the company for our losses and Ali told me to go ahead without any concern about Customer care.

Terrible experience at this tile shop. Maddy’s (Mohit) customer service was unacceptable — he was not truthful about the returns policy and kept changing his statements when questioned. No returns policy was displayed in store, which feels misleading and dishonest. The whole experience left me frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Liars and Thieves, asked them if these tiles will be around for awhile because I will need to order more and I dont want tiles that will be discontinued and suprise suprise they were discontinued and no longer purchasable within 6 weeks of purchase.

It took us a while to find right tiles for our kitchen and hall floor. We were recommended to visit Right Tiles. Very glad we did. Maddy recommended very good quality tiles, with wide colour range, so we have found the ones we wanted. Took very quick to make an order, delivery was in time. We have our kitchen tiled now and used about 60% of the tiles we bought, none of the tiles were damaged. Maddy is a decent professional guy, very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maddy. He completely failed to outline the returns policy until after the transaction was already completed, which felt very misleading and unprofessional. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor — instead of offering a solution or showing any accountability, the situation was handled with dismissiveness and little regard for customer satisfaction.

Overall, the management and service were far below expectations. Clear communication and respect for customers should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend dealing with Maddy to anyone looking for a trustworthy or professional experience.

Had an amazing experience with using Right Tiles for the first time. Went into the shop during the weekend and spoke to Maddy from the Crawley branch, he was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us chose the right tiles for our bathroom. He gave us great advice on picking any extra, like the best colour grout, the right amount of adhesive and also the best colour tile trim.

The delivery of the tiles was really quick to their store, and was able to wait until the weekend to come collect the tiles. Tiles were in great condition and look amazing on the wall.

Do not buy from this company. The Hanworth branch advised us to get the wrong size tiles for our ensuite and want 50% of purchase cost plus delivery charges to return. They conveniently do not highlight the small print when selling to you. Fine if you are happy with the product but any issues good luck getting your money back. Customer service also abysmal. Couldn't be a bigger contrast to Eurotiles in Twickenham who are incredibly helpful and don't charge any restocking fees. Go there instead and avoid this place at all costs

Great selection of tiles and great prices.
The service from Maddy at the Gatwick branch has been second to none, absolutely superb.
Highly recommend using these guys.
