Store Managers Kunal and Vimal are very helpful. They take pride in dealing with thier customer needs. We bought 3 bathroom and more than 120 sqmeter outdoor tiles from thier Hanworth branch. Not only tiles were of fine quality but rates were reasonable as well.
Couple of packs came broken, after providing evidence replacement was arranged without any delay.
As they sell Spanish tiles, if you are short of tiles, it take 4 weeks to get tiles, Mt requestnto owner will be look into lead time for short stock order placement.

Wonderful place with a variety of tiles. I wonder if anyone go in Isleworth showroom and don’t buy anything. Been everywhere in london but wouldn’t able to make the decision.
