then afterward they send mail saying your order is being processed we will be updating giving you tracking they knew the bank has cancelled the payment

In reality they are in Turkey , now they want us to ship the shoes to Turkey , cost $100 shipping

Do NOT purchase from this company. If you want to return something they will NOT send you return directions. Instead they will offer 15 % refund. By the time you get them to reply they tell you it's over the 30 day return period. That is only because they refused to reply to any emails or phone calls the first 30 days. 20 emails later, 25 phone messages later and the threat of a lawsuit, they sent me an address in the country of Turkey to send the jackets back to. No refund until the Turkey warehouse receives your order and reviews it. Now, 4.5 months later, I have the choice to send these poor quality jackets to Turkey (at my expense) and risk never getting my money back - or getting a 50 % refund on something I should be able to return. I think they just rely on the consumer giving up since it's so impossible to contact them. Don't risk it. They should not be in business!!!

Do not order from Riley River. They do not have a returns portal. They tell you to start a return you must email them and then they don't answer your email. Complete scam!

They sent me the wrong size shoes. I called their customer service number and left messages several times without any response. I emailed them several times without success. Finally I just sent back the shoes to the address on their website and got confirmation from FedEx that they received them. Finally heard from them and they said I needed to get the shoes back and send them to their address in TURKEY!
Have not heard anything from them since :( ZERO Refund!

I ordered shoes that took a very long time to get here, and when they finally did arrive they were SUCH poor quality. I had no idea that they were coming from Turkey! I wish I had known. I will never shop this company again. It's a ripoff. They charged me $129 for shoes and tax and they don't do free returns, (obviously). You have to pay shipping to Turkey and get them back within 30 days. The only other option is a 30% refund, which was $38.99. This is a scam to make money off of people not being able to return the items purchased. They made $90 off of me. It's SO disappointing and so maddening. The shoes went in the garbage...not even fit for the thrift shop near me. (Plus, they sent the shoes in an envelope instead of a box. I'm sure they were beat up from the shipping itself) They also told me they had responded to my email when they didn't respond until a week later. No time to return.

I wish I could get this place a big zero. Ordered shoes February 8 got them March 10 they look nothing like the picture. They look cheap and terrible. Sent me some 10$ shoes and I pay $80 for them. I will never order from here again!!!!!

Super cheap quality. You’re getting SHEIN clothing at over priced rates. Shoes are not leather. It’s a scam. Do not waste your money.

I ordered two pairs of “leather” shoes and what I received was an absolute joke. They looked nothing like the pictures and were HORRIBLE quality. I tried for weeks to initiate a return and never received a response. This company is the reason I Google every single targeted ad I get now. Don’t waste your time or money.

I really wanted to like them and gave them several chances but would not recommend ordering from here. I started with ordering a couple pairs of shoes- q pair was fine but the other had missing buckle straps. When I asked for a refund- they give you 3 options- refund only 15%, return the product but pay $29.99 shipping or 80% store credit. I went with store credit and ordered a different pair of shoes without a buckle this time but received a pair of shoes that was at least 2 sizes too small! Again I asked for a refund and was given the same 3 options. I gave them 1 last benefit of the doubt ordering a pair of pants this time with the credit. This time I received a pair of pants with an ink red stain on the front part of the pants. This company is a complete waste of time and I would definitely not recommend ordering from them if you value your money and time
