Dangerously thickness
The bong design looked fine and it was working well until cleaning up, the stem got broken and I got cut my finger with it.

Amazing customer service
I bought a Ceroma kit and upon recipt the coil sent with it was blowing my fuses. I reached out and they shipped out a new coil the same day! The experience made me feel much more valued than any other online head shop has.
