Got here in 3 days. The actual ceroma is really nice. It has smooth hits and tastes great. I am planning on upgrading to the qaroma soon.

Patrick has bar none provided the best customer service I have ever had. Not just within the industry but in general. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond what is deemed standard business practices for most places these days. My only complaint is I keep wanting to give him my money!

Very easy to find what I was looking for. I had visited the site on several occasions knowing I was going to order the ceroma. The only thing that would have made it even better if there were drop down adapters available. I'm it usee if they were at one time but remember seeing them on a site not that long ago.
