I have been a customer since the beginning and now, they won’t pay out our withdrawals. I have asked support and there’s no response. I have waited over 2 months. Unacceptable!

Most of the Support is active when needed.
Only when bets are problem. Some are displaying BO3 games then later on become BO5. make it clear on the first place if the game was BO5 or BO3 so bettors know clearly whom to bet.

3 days after i applied for a withdrawal of my winning, and yet the money has not been credited into my account. I have betting on this site for 6 months and always at least 2-3 days before crediting your winnings. I asked customer support and they told me that it will take only 1-2 days for withdrawal due to anti money laundering. Useless customer support, a 90 dollar bet is being investigated for anti money laundering? Poor betting site. Do not bet here, there are plenty more website that are more reputable and faster withdrawal
