Yet again today,River Aesthetics Clinic (Bournemouth) allows its suppliers/ vendors to block access to the main entrance and drop-off area of 83 residential flats, and the public road turnaround area. It is NO parking, NO loading, 24/7 and a large "Keep Clear" sign on the road. This was a Stericycle van Reg: BV23 RTZ, that was parking illegally at 9:30am today, with its driver and the River Aesthetics staff going to and from the van. (photos can be provided). River's staff seen laughing at the inconvenience caused......
There is an alternate loading areas before 10am, or a loading bay 20ft away from River, but both the delivery driver and River staff are just too lazy. Continually had problems with River Aesthetics, with this and other areas (see other reviews) over the last 5 years. Just a very selfish, disrespectful company with very poor management team - I would avoid using this company at all cost. Requested on numerous previous occasions that the management stop their staff, customers and vendors from blocking access, but they ignore this and carry on parking/ loading illegally.

The Morpheus 8 micro needling was a complete waste of £2,100

The treatment did absolutely nothing to lift my jowls or tighten my neck
I complained to the clinic but they just dismissed my concerns
I wouldn’t waste my money to these charlatans
A total disgrace , the clinic makes false claims . I can’t understand how they remain in business

In response to your reply to my original review below I do not have a trust pilot account so I wrote the review on my partners account. I therefore confirm that I was indeed a patient of yours and the review is an honest review of my experience with your company. I am sure you know this is the case as you a fully aware that some of the thread lifts carried out in your clinic have become infected.

I think River Aesthetics have amazing customer service, their staff are really well trained and all super, super lovely and thoughtful and responsive and I genuinely believe that the doctors performing the procedures have really good intentions, they are not trying to rip you off & they are very professional. I want to make sure I leave a really fair review and this is my intention. However the results for me were terrible. I had had Sculptra previously which made my face really round and then drop, I saw River Aesthetics because I wanted my jaw lifted and a less round face, I was really clear with the doctor that I did not want a fuller face, and she used threads that would not increase volume. Whilst for the first 2 months (I had extremely bad swelling for the first 3 months - to which they were incredibly attentive and reassuring) my jaw looked incredibly lifted - it dropped completely after 2 months to it's previous position PLUS my midcheeks were now really fat from the threads, to be clear this was not their intention, however this WAS the result. I had to spend over £2k on correction filler and to be honest I felt like my face was even worse than when I had the sculptra. I have never suffered anxiety or depression but after the threads I did and I consider myself a pretty resilient human being but at the end of the day it's your 'face' and I looked completely different, lots of people commented and I looked awful in photos (still not great tbh), my face was completely round, fatter than ever and lopsided. It was only from seeing a really experienced aesthetics filler doctor (and £2k later) that I was able to restore any balance to my face through balancing the cheekbones and chin to given the illusion of making the fat midface slimmer . I realise the sculptra caused issues, I went for threads to correct it, the threads made it much much worse, it's only the corrective filler that saved my face. I'm sure they get amazing results with many people but for me it was one of the worst mistakes of my life, and I really wouldn't recommend it if you've had sculptra previously because it's a risk you don't know how your face will respond, perhaps I was an unusual case however the results remain the same. My honest opinion, they are a kind and good company, this didn't stop me feeling like my face was pretty wrecked until I had corrective work. All in all I would sum it up as a very expensive and regretful mistake. I don't have many regrets in life, getting this procedure is the main one, I'll have to continue getting corrective filler every 6 months as my face is now quite obviously asymmetrical (it was asymmetrical as the majority of peoples are but the threads made it worse). This is a just and honest review and I have photos to delineate the results.

My treatment was excellent. The Aesthetician was knowledgeable, professional and confident. I would highly recommend this treatment and River Aesthetics in general. I look forward to my follow up.

Dr Victoria was amazing making me feel comfortable, am very happy with the results, it looks natural and fresh. I would definitely recommend booking a appointment with them to discuss your concerns. Hi Amber, I just wanted to say thank you for doing my procedure yesterday when I had my first appointment for the Morpheus 8. I was a little apprehensive before I arrived but between the lovely warm welcome from Georgia in reception and your lovely friendly personality I was very quickly put at ease and I really appreciate it.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the lack of bruising and swelling today and I’m looking forward to coming again for my next treatment. The clinic is so lovely and has a really relaxing atmosphere and I am so excited to see what the results will be eventually.

I have so far only had a consultation but in my experience both Dr Manning and all the ladies on reception, especially Georgia, have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Georgia was super quick to respond to some questions I had that came up after my consultation.

I approached Dr Manning at River Aesthetics because my friends thought I looked tired and my daughter said I looked old. I lacked confidence in my appearance and wanted to look more feminine.

The consultation was straight forward and really positive. Dr Manning and I discussed what could be done and I came out feeling hopeful and excited about the potential outcome.

On the day of the procedure at the Bournemouth clinic, the receptionist greeted me by my name even though we hadn't met which I thought was lovely.

Dr Manning talked me through everything that was happening and was calm and reassuring. I felt in very safe hands. She performed the Silhouette Soft thread lift, which has made my jawline more feminine-looking. I had toxin for my frown lines, under-eye filler to make me look less tired and lip filler.

This is honestly the best I have ever felt about the way I look. Having suffered from low confidence for such a long time I feel that finally I can hold my head up high with confidence.
