I had the Femme treatment and I can honestly say anyone who feels they can't strengthen their pelvic floor by exercises alone should go and have this treatment. It's very comfortable, in fact verges on relaxing. I have noticed a difference already and had my final treatment today. Its an awkward problem for so many women, this gets round any going to a GP or just being told to do your pelvic floor exercises. The staff are all lovely as well. 100% recommendation from me

I went to the Bournemouth River Aesthetics in June 2021 and feel like I’ve basically been conned out of over 1.2k for coolsculpting , the staff were lovely don’t get me wrong and I know they have a target and they’re running a business. But I was under the impression from my consultation what I was asking to be fixed would work with just the one treatment. I went back for my check up in September , and the areas that were treated have not changed. The lady reassured me that my body is slow and I will start seeing results eventually but I should book for a second one (another 1.2k) It is now mid November and I still can not see these results. I’m just disappointed and gutted I spent so much money on a treatment that doesn’t guarantee anything.

Went for consultation with Dr Victoria Manning as always made very welcome at reception by ladies then saw Dr Manning who as ever is most professional and caring with her advice and treatment.

River Aesthetics gave me an excellent friendly and professional service, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had a course of Prophilo and am very pleased with the results, which are subtle and develop over several weeks, resulting in friends and colleagues telling me how well I looked but no one asking if I'd had work done, which was exactly the result I was after!

Highly recommend River Aesthetics for anti-ageing facial treatments. I have been going to them for a couple of years as I had a lot of deep facial lines. Doctor Charlotte Woodward will only recommend treatments that will benefit my skin type rather than doing what I feel I want. I am very pleased with the treatments she suggested and the results achieved - very natural - which is what I wanted. Both her and the team are friendly and highly professional. She also recommended a vitamin c serum and cleanser which have also made a huge difference. For my age (nearly 60) my skin is looking firmer and clearer.

I went to River Aesthetics for a hydrafacial, I was very impressed with the clinic itself, the welcome, the decor, everything was lovely. The treatment was wonderful, the girl was brilliant, really knowledgable and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment, my skin felt amazing afterwards, would definitely recommend!

I have just recovered from several months in hospital following and infection in my face after receiving fillers in my cheeks from Dr Victoria Manning.
I was not attended to quickly following a bad reaction.
The 2 doctors then over prescribed antibiotics which resulted in me be hospitalised with Cdifficile from which I nearly died.

I saw Dr Manning in London as I knew her and Rivers reputation from a friend of a friend. I had been putting off toxin treatment for a while but finally but the bullet 4 weeks ago. The result has been better than I could ever have imagined and am definitely Italy going to keep it up. Dr Manning is fantastic and really great to talk to as well as being at the top of her specialty. Over the moon and definitely look 5 years younger!

I have now visited Dr Victoria Manning on 3 occasions. I am delighted with the results of my Ellanse treatment. I can definitely see a difference with my face looking fresher, firmer and lines appearing reduced. My friends and Husband have not noticed this subtle difference which is exactly what I had hoped for. In my opinion I look 3 or 4 years younger than my actual age. The procedure is fairly quick and any slight discomfort is faded into the background with Dr Victoria's very friendly and caring personality. She made me feel really at ease and relaxed. She is a very approachable and sincere person who I have felt I can trust since my first visit to the clinic over 4 years ago.

I would highly recommend anyone considering these types of treatments to visit this clinic as I cannot imagine being made to feel more comfortable and welcomed by the whole team be it over the phone or face to face. Many Thanks.

Greeted by lovely staff as soon as I walked in and put at ease. A few months now after having chin filler and I can't believe how much its changed the shape of my face. I will be returning very soon and will not go anywhere else for this as they really are the best around!
