I’ve used Ryan and his team for a range of jobs over the years, from fitting a new toilet system and installing a new boiler to regular servicing and small repair works. They are always reliable, turn up on time, and no job is ever too small. It’s great to have tradespeople on your doorstep who you can trust to get things done properly every time. Would highly recommend them.

The A Team, Rob and Zach, did a brilliant job on our bathroom. We wanted to retain the original wall tiles, which made their task much more complicated, and they made a great success of it. Skilled, meticulous workers.

had RLS to install a new wetroom. We wanted to use a local company and Ryan was there every step of the way from quotation all the way through till the finish. Ryan never minded how many times we asked questions or contacted him, he was always willing to help which is a very rare quality now days in traders.
The two guys who were working in our property were Kane & Brad. I can honestly say they were professional, helpful and very friendly.
They were punctual, respectful of our property and very hardworking. The quality of the work is outstanding and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The finished wetroom is better than we ever imagined. I would highly recommend RLS. From start to finish they made the project so smooth and easy for us

I can highly recommend RLS Plumbing - we had a water leak in our bathroom and we were recommended to contact RLS Plumbing by a Family member who had used them. Ryan came out to assess the damage and gave us a very competitive quote for the repairs. Michael and Harry worked tirelessly for 3 days to get our bathroom back up and running, and kept us updated with the works. The Team were meticulous in cleaning up at the end of every day and covering up floors/carpets etc. Extremely pleased with the end result. Thank you RLS Plumbing.

Another call put into RLS plumbing, this time to install the butler sink with all brand new plumbing including hot/ cold water and dishwasher feed as well as new quooker tap with Pro 3 tank and water filter. As always and previous visits the plumber turned up on time and was polite then cracked on with the job in hand and left no mess. Under the sink is tidy and looks like a professionally done job. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Had our old boiler taken out and new boiler moved from second floor to the loft. Callum and the guys were always punctual, polite and very tidy. Cannot fault the service from RLS. Thank you guys.

From my first contact, Ryan and his team were prompt, courteous, and professional. They conducted a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. The detailed report included clear photos and practical advice on what to fix or monitor in the future.

Ryan himself came to our home to assess our requirements and discuss possible solutions, and returned on more than one occasion to make absolutely sure we were happy with the layout changes we wanted, triple checking measurements and bringing multiple brochures to give us the benefit of their wide range of available products - real professionalism and high standards of customer care.
Cannot fault the installation team either, checking in with us with the major and minor details, updating us with ETAs on completion time - we knew we were in safe hands, have passed recommendations on to friends.

RLS were fantastic, completely replacing both of our bathrooms. Rob worked tirelessly and accommodated our every need (and our constantly revised plans), finding solutions and offering great advice. They took no shortcuts and even repaired some previous shoddy work that had been done on the house. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard. We live in an old house and have learned that jobs are NEVER simple. RLS supplied and fitted a new boiler at short notice and fixed our Aga which needed new gas valve. All in time for Christmas so we are not huddled around a candle! Every member of the team was professional and friendly and tackled the job with no fuss.
