Roberts Camera provided my new Manfrotto Light 290 Tripod quickly, well-packed, and in great working order. I am very happy with my new tripod and with my experience with Roberts Camera. I highly recommend both.

I had just bought a Nikon zoom lens from Roberts, and I then decided I also needed another focal length as well. Anticipating a bad snowfall in two days, I opted for next-day air via UPS. I placed the order on a Monday, and had it early Tuesday. The lens was better than described, and it works perfectly. Roberts certainly has the customer in mind when one deals with them.

Got exactly what I paid for ,in a nice reasonable time.

No problem with the camera or service, it was excelllent. Only problem I had was the item was sent where I had to have someone present to recieve the item and sign for it, which I didnt have and it caused delays in getting the item and I had to take off work and lose hours at work that I needed to be there to sign for the item.

I made an order, and then decided to revise it. I spoke with a super nice lady. She helped me cancel the first order and place the second one. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get setup with everything I needed. The shipping was good even for the holiday season. I will definitely go back to them for my additional camera needs!

Camera looks great. Iam already running my first roll through it. It looks so good I bought a motor drive to pair with it. Very satisfied with the purchase 😀.

Camera was better than description. Would have called it as new but used. Super quick shipping in spite of holiday rush but of course UPS and their union workforce did the work. Tryed to stack coupons with sale price and discount from previous purchase and it would not work.

I was pleased to find the focusing screen available at a reasonable price. It was packaged well and shipped quickly.
