I received my order and sooner than expected.

Purchased used Manfrotto L Bracket. The measuring ruler part is missing. I do not need that part so I will accept the purchase. It would have been better if the missing part was disclosed in the item description.

Any time I've dealt with Roberts Camera staff they've been very helpful and orders have always been processed quickly.

I visited their website after hearing iffy things about other competitors. I looked on there site and unloaded questions about a camera I was looking to purchase. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't hesitate with their knowledge. When the time comes, I will gladly do business with them again.

It was super fast shipping, and a representative helped me transfer a physical gift card into a digital balance so I could use it for this order. My only complaint is that I spoke to someone on live chat and asked for help on which lens cap to buy, and the one they recommended does not fit my lens, which is frustrating.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that caused for me to mark a 3 star was that I never saw an order update notifying me that my lens was ready for pickup.
