APPLICATION PROCESS WAS EASY
The onine process was easy with the checklist of items needed and then the drop, review and submit process made it accurate. Staff were friendly and professional. Process went quickly and smoothly.

The whole process of refinancing is was seem less and fast. We were able to close in the comfort of our own home. Every person we dealt with was friendly and helpful through all of the paperwork.

Kimberly Kronick-Worrall is a great representative for Rocket Close! Arrived on time and had everything ready to go. She made the process easy and explained the documents I was signing.

This company needs to explain properly about the procedures and how to implement them during the whole time until closing to both buyer and seller In a timely manner. As a seller, I felt very uncomfortable about this company, explaining about questions I had. Keeping on changing the closing dates, slow response are un acceptable. Never properly explained about closing details properly. I have tried many times to contact the company by phone but very unsuccessful. Somes times clients need quick answers. Company should be more responsible and may make some changes about clients ineractions. After all, company should understand it's not free.

Everything went smoothly on closing day. I handed the keys to the new owners after the papers were signed. My disappointment came when I did not receive payment for my home and am being told it will be Monday before the money will be deposited to my account. I sold a home before, and when the papers were signed, I had a check in hand. The representative of the law firm told me the money would be deposited by the end of the day. Then when I called the attorney's office, I was told it would not be until Monday. I am quite antsy about not receiving this payment. In addition, I have never dealt with an on-line mortgage company, and I feel uneasy about all of my information being sent electronically.
The staff provided excellent guidance. My major concern is not receiving the payment for the home I sold.

Everyone involved was professional and it was very easy to close.

The experience went very well up to closing morning. Closing was set for 10:00 AM. The notary didn’t show and we had no notification. Made several calls that morning and no response. Our day was consumed with trying to figure out what we needed to do.
