Straight to the point with this.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Placed a large order (£300+) for models and a codex.

Gave them plenty of time to respond to my queries/ requests before ultimately concluding with a PayPal claim.

Zero communication from them. Didn't even bother responding within the PayPal request either.

Don't have your time wasted. Shop elsewhere.

Website shown in stock. Didn’t reply to my email. Sent product 2 weeks later

Really happy with how my order was dealt with. Even though what I’d ordered was currently on back order it was still delivered in an expedient manner and showed up on my doorstep within a week of placing the order.

Always a good price, some delay in delivery, but i believe that's their supplier's fault.

Completely unacceptable. I ordered on the 19th, cancelled same day and again on the 23rd twice. Never got a response. Final response was that the order was cancelled. Then it wasn't and I got a shipping email on the 27th. This albeit on an order I endeavoured to cancel was next day delivery I paid £7 for. Just avoid this store at all costs.

Pre-ordered several items the day pre-orders became available. Website states pre-orders are dispatched on the release date. On the release date the order was suddenly listed as backordered. I have tried to contact the company via two different emails, their webform, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook but have had no response.
I have raised a PayPal and bank dispute.
I will be reporting the company to Trading Standards and would strongly encourage any other customers to do the same.

I placed an order for a birthday present in early August. I waited over a month to finally be told 1 of the items was not coming back in stock. I received a refund for this 1 item and the rest were sent but I believe I should have been further compensated for the time and inconvenience as well as the ruined birthday present. I will NOT be using Rogue Games again and I will NOT be recommending it to anyone.

I have just received a response on 24.09.22 to a review describing that my items were late… 9 months and 7 days later.

This is in the middle of a dispute where:

1 placed a preorder for Warcry: Heart of Ghur. The last RogueGames had in stock according to their website. It was never dispatched.

I have emailed twice an attempted to call their phone once a week since and it is always switched off.

Meanwhile I get invitations each week from “Sophie at RogueGames” to purchase further products.

Consequently, 40 days later I opened a PayPal dispute. It is ongoing, as RogueGames still have yet to respond to a direct or indirect message. No sign of my item, a refund, an apology or an explanation.

These are all facts. As is the fact that, having been notified via email by trustpilot, according to trustpilot itself, RogueGames has breached the use of terms of trust pilot.

I leave these facts as evidence for prospective buyers. There is no opinion or criticism. Merely facts.

I am happy to discuss this with Rogue Games. I would very much like for someone to get in touch, as hopefully a parcel or refund could also be discussed.

A fraudulent site, took my money, never provide the goods and kept fobbing me off.

Don’t expect any communication. I had to dispute my order to get a response. Will not use again.

Ordered item that then turned out was out of stock, contacted them, as it was a birthday gift and so timing important and they pulled out all the stops and got the item there on time.

The same as everyone below. Zero customer service response. It's been three weeks trying to cancel my order that was 'in stock' until the moment they have my money. Then it's on backorder.

Sort your systems out and pick up the phone and call people. It really isn't that hard.

I ordered 3 items, they were in stock. Once payment had gone through the website said one item was on backorder and would take up to two weeks to send out. I tried contacting them in this time to change my order as I needed the items soon for a birthday. I tried the contact us section several times in the two weeks, and I got no response.

Two weeks later nothing was sent.

In the third week I pestered them on Facebook instagram and twitter, the next day the items were sent.

The service was awful, not even an email regarding the back order, I will not order from here again, there are better suppliers out there if you want reduced price warhammer.

Would have been 5 stars, but packaging wasn't good. There was damage to item boxes. Was just a bag and bubble wrap. No crush protection.

Tried multiple forms of contact (website form, email) and no response, so I can only say pray nothing is wrong with your order!
Used them many times in the past and they've been okay, so your mileage may vary.
Now they've overcharged me, I won't risk using them again.

6 weeks to receive an instock when ordered order

Waited over 6 months for order to arrive and the it was incomplete.

Avoid this company until they can get their act together.

Ordered the Chaos Knights Army Set when that came out in May.
It's now close to end of July and still no delivery.
I'm sending a support email every few days now with no response. Tried calling the phone number listed on their Facebook page and a different company answers.

I ordered expecting delivery in a few days at most. After 2 weeks I chased and it took a whole week for them to come back to me to say there was a delay. My order took a whole month to arrive and there was no word given as to why until I chased.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible customer service. Took almost a month for my items to arrive, and in the mean time I had sent three emails to cancel the order which were ignored. Only when I opened a PayPal case against them did they send my order. As it took so long to arrive I had purchased the items elsewhere and needed to return my items from Rogue and they still haven’t replied to my return request
