Unless it is actually in stock, avoid this company. Waited now almost 7 weeks for an order. Constantly have to chase up as there is no updates. When there was no end in sight, requested the order to be canceled and fully refunded (as suggested by them), and this company goes silent. Several chasers for the refund now, yet no reply. Opened a Paypal case against them now.

I'd avoid this company like the plague. Ordered in May. Got zero update around progress of order. Emailed 9 times with no response.. we're now in July. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get any traction. What they do is use the current months money to fulfill orders from the previous month. That's why everything is on backorder. Avoid if you want a decent customer experience and to actually receive goods.

Attempted to cancel a pre-order after retailer wasn't able to fulfil the order. No response to two attempts to use their contact form & no phone number. Eventually responded to emails and am still waiting for a refund 9 days after requesting cancellation. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank. Worst customer experience I have had in years.

Appalling customer service and communication,repeated emails and phone calls ignored and when I asked to please help with my order or I will cancel, they replied with, 'cancel then'

Very poor customer service. They either take weeks to answer emails or messages left on their Contact Us page, or they do not answer at all. There is no other method of contacting them. Ordered some goods in March, advertised 4 weeks in total for restock and delivery. Still no goods by early May (8 weeks later), so I cancelled the order and went elsewhere to get the product, with the other company I got the goods within a week of ordering! No sign of a refund from Rogue, so I chased them and instead of cancelling and refunding the order like they said they would, at the end of May they sent me a tracking number. No response since to answer my emails or messages, still no refund and they have delivered the goods in error weeks after I had cancelled the order!

Zero response to my three emails. No listed phone number to call them. I paid for express delivery and I’m still waiting for my product 2 weeks later. I have contacted PayPal for a refund. I will never buy from this company again.

Speed of getting the order out to me excellent, as were prices (I did a comparison with other popular dealers) but the standard of packaging was not up to the same high standard. Items were loose in a plactic mailer - I am surprised you haven't lost shipments packed this way - so easy to crush and for items to be pushed through the wrapping.

Ordered on the 6th of March, received on May 13th. Didn't reply to emails despite getting bombarded by their updates. Package was ripped but goods were fine. Not good enough.

Took ages to arrive, had no communication back when messaged for status updates and it wasn't until I went through PayPal for a refund that the items suddenly appeared and one of the boxes was damaged (luckily the item inside wasn't) - order with caution

I was a little unsure about making a purchase from Rogue Games as I thought it was an offer too good to be true. The items I ordered were backorder stock. When they didn't arrive within 2 weeks, I was a little apprehensive. However I contacted Rogue Games: they responded very quickly to reassured me. Low and behold, the items safely arrived one week later.

I highly recommend Rogue Games. If you are in no hurry to receive your order, then trading your patience for cheaper models is a no-brainer! I will definitely be ordering from Rogue Games again. Thank you.

Ordered two books, Ahriman: Omnibus and Siege of Terra Solar war. I was annoyed initially as they were backorders I was expecting them to be despatched after 2 weeks but they actually took more like 6 weeks to arrive.
However the books arrived in good condition with very very minor bending on the corners. As they are sent in soft packaging this is not surprising but arguably you could pin that on the courier and they're paperbacks so they're gonna get crinkled anyway.
Otherwise, very happy with the purchase. Best prices around made it worth the wait. Will definitely consider ordering from rogue games again.

Took some time to arrive due to many items being back order. Arrived (4 items) packed in a single large padded envelope. Each box partly crushed at the corners and ends.
