I received Yae Miko Bunny's cosplay and I just loved it! The clothes are very comfortable and the fabric has a lot of quality. The costume fit me perfectly, the measurements were precise. The accessories are very beautiful. I have nothing to complain about!! I'm looking forward to acquiring more cosplays! ^-^

hello! In general aspects I really like the material with which the suits are made. As for the genshin impact costumes, I would like many parts that are more "metallic" to be made with fabric that is more similar, like the ganyu hood, it would look more realistic. The closures sometimes get stuck but they fulfill their function very well since they remain invisible. I would have liked the ganyu bunny cosplay to have a bow or something in the middle of the breasts since the breasts looked too much and the ganyu sleeves don't look so generic, it would cause more impact. But as I clarified, they are small things. the wigs are of very good quality, as always ☺️ I would really like to collaborate with you with the ganyu cosplay since I have the wig that you gave me when we did the ganyu bunny or yae miko collaboration. Since both cosplays are being requested a lot by my audience and I think they would generate a great impact apart from the fact that I am thinking about how to do a nice photo session much better than the previous collaborations! Great quality and nice cosplay! Got their dehya cosplay and i am pretty happy with it! Got MANY compliments on it and the detailing on the cosplay itself are great!

I ordered in Rolecosplay many times and different kind of products: props, wigs, costumes,etc... They always pay attention and help me with EVERYTHING! It's a pleasure having a store that works a lot on their products improving them with the customers opionions and giving a good service.
My fav one was the Yae Miko one, This cosplay is wonderful! Each part is perfectly sewed and it has a lot of textues and volumes. I was very surprised with all the details it has and how comfortable it is. From the fabrics (synthetic, vynils, spandex, etc) until the parts, are very easy to wear and it's ready to use!

The costume was amazing, every single detail was perfect. It also arrived really fast. I really recomend this website if you want to buy a cosplay

Everything is very comfortable. I especially like, for example, the Himitsu costumes, how colorful are. I saw other brands that print the colors of the haori very desaturated and it's an important point. You also care a lot about the size, it's a very easy picking once you know the measures and it's very accurate with the chart.
About the wigs, the colors are also very accurate and they are long enough for getting the style you want.

It did not come when it said it would and stayed in the same place for 6 days after it said it was on its way.

0 communication on my recent order. Ordered the junko bunny suit on the 28th of September and processing time said 15 to 25 days and it's been longer than that with 0 word of shipping information/ order fulfilment

Cosplay broke after one use and they refuse to take it back because its older then 30 days

Horrible customer service. I ordered a costume 2 sizes bigger because their site states that the sizes are more catered towards Asians & it still didn't fit. I ordered a 150cm shirt & the one they sent was much smaller. They then told me I had to pay $130 to return the item. When I told I wasn't going to pay double what the item was worth just to send it back they told me to keep it & offered a measley 22% discount to purchase a new. I will not be ordering from them again. They are not reputable.

I live in sweden so i expected the cosplay to arrive after a few months, but it was already here after barely a month, wig and all. HOWEVER, I got another cosplay that cost 40 dollars less compared to the one i actually ordered. I tried contacting their customer service but they haven't replied, 2 months later. The quality is also awful for the price. Can get ,uch better dor same price at dokidoki or uwowo, or even aliexpress.

SCAM - I am a Canadian and have not received my costume (which cost almost 200$). If you are Canadian - do not order from this company.
The customer service phone number IS NO LONGER in service. I've followed up twice with no response. I will be contacting the better business bureau of Canada and all other review sites to warn all potential Canadian Customers not to order from this site.

i'm a canadian customer, and usually the cosplay arrives in a month in a half (which is fine!). if you order from this site, keep in mind that ordering two cosplays will take longer to arrive than ordering one. i ordered two cosplays around a month ago, and as they're already done one, the next one is still in production and will be finished next week. it may not come before my convention, which i knew might happen, so i have backup. pretty decent quality cosplays, just keep the shipping times in mind if you have a set wear date!

I cancelled an order and they responded within an hour, and processed the refund immediately. Excellent customer service!

They have nice costumes. Size chart is accurate and price are good. Normally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.

The wig was shipped so fast besides it's super thick and soft and the colour is absolutely perfect for the character! Totally reccomended

If I could I would have given 0 stars.
I ordered a brown wig with twintails and paid 24$+shipping for it. What I recieved was a totally different wig, purple and with a ponytail. Plus, the lucky bag cosplay I ordered came incomplete. There was no bow nor stockings, it was just a waste of their warehouse they try to sell you. Never buying again. Hoping for a refund or the right wig to come.

UPDATE: It seems they reshipped the wig. I'm waiting for it to come, then I'll edit the review, for now I'll add a star for their Customer Service.
About Violet's cosplay, it seems it never came with the other items in description, so I asked them to update it to make it coherent. Regarding the size, I don't wanna spend again time about it, I'll just sew it to make it smaller.

It has been over a month since I ordered from them, and my order is still 'processing'. Their customer support team has not responded to my inquiry about the processing time either. I would not shop here again.

I paid over 21 dollars for express shipping. The next option was 14 dollars for 10-18 day delivery time. On Day 17 I was told the costume I ordered for my child was not going to ship for 3 more days and would not be delivered till after Halloween. I asked for a discount but they would not. They would only refund. Terrible.
