Communication with customer service is always very fast and helpful. Ordered twice from them and got the costumes in 2 weeks each time. The quality is always as advertised and the wigs are full and not shiny. Super happy with this cosplay site!

very good
ordered a wig, and two costumes from here. the wig was around $15, so i wasn’t expecting it to be that good, but wooh bOy, it’s probably the best wig i own. it doesn’t look weird on my head, the colors match the character i was cosplaying perfectly, and it’s very very hard to tangle. the costumes i ordered fit me perfectly, were very comfortable, and were very high quality. now, my only problem is the shipping — it’s extremely expensive no matter what you chose. everything else is honestly perfect. i’d very much recommend you buy from here if you want good quality cosplay items!!

custom arrived late
I ordered a costume and added the wear date but my product arrived a week later. I contacted them a during the shipping processes and they wouldn’t help me and told me that it was out of their control. They also stopped replying to my emails and didn’t provide any type of compensation for not having my product arrive when needed.

Oh my God
Oh my God. Of all my shopping experiences these people had the nicest customer service. They always responded and were really nice. I made a mistake on the shipping address and they arranged an express resend without needing me to pay. The cosplay is really nice. I really recommend this company. I will buy all of my cosplays on this website from now on 😊

High quality of 2b Kimono cosplay
I bought a 2b Kimono Cosplay from them, when I received it, I was so excited.The cosplay has many pieces, it also includes black gloves, eyes patch, hairband and socks to wear with thong sandals. The fabric is beautiful, light, shiny but not too much. It fits well for a kimono. The jacket of the kimono is very beautiful, the long sleeves have the classic decorative pattern of the original skirt of 2b and end with a beautiful golden tassel.
