Great company can't praise them enough,After a short conversation with Helen had the guys come and do a site survey.Got a quote and a few days later had it installed.Professional fitters friendly and did a fantastic job.Unfortunately I can't seem to attach a photograph of before and after.Went for anthracite door with the same coloured outer frame.

Excellent service and communication had sliggt problem when fitting but they came out next day and put me straight some of it was my fault so would really recommend them

Recently bought my door from roller door uk and from buying door to receiving it was all pretty straightforward. Roller door were true to the word and the door was delivered within said time by a friendly delivery driver. Overall the door and all round service was perfect. The cost of the door is very competitive for it being made to fit and delivered to your door . I have no problem recommending roller door uk . 👍🏼

RollerdoorUK are OK. They have a showroom, manufacture the doors themselves, and use quality Somfy motor and controls.

I contacted a few door suppliers.

My choice was either RollerdoorUK or Garolladoor.
RollerdoorUK were 20% cheaper in a like for like quote, and I don't think they are a franchise where any grievance would need to be taken up with the installer.

BTW Crocodile doors were double RollerdoorUK's price, like for like.

Would use again

Very poor quality roller door. The staff was rude on delivery and rude and unhelpful when the door straps broke after 6 weeks and 15 cycles times.
I was told the door straps are not covered by warranty on the phone and to write an email to her manager.
She couldn’t get off the phone fast enough.

Have every trust in this company, been a builder I have used them many times in the past, from supply only and measure and fit by them selfs,

Well after several phone calls of asking a series of questions to which the ladies in the office were patiently answering.
I got my door delivered by Kevin who is a really nice guy a credit to the company
It went in with ease setting up the max height and full closure was simple but what the manual doesn’t tell you is how to switch it off limit mode in order to sync the key fobs
Once we figured it out fobs synced and everything works great
