they allowed my 16 year old to make an account and gamble £80- they now wont allow us his parents to close the account without sending in his passport and proof of address which is ridiculous as it was illegal for him to even join the site. I have tried well over a dozen times to delete the account but they are useless

I am no longer receiving any responses via chat or email.
Messages are being read but completely ignored.

This lack of communication after confirming my withdrawal is extremely concerning.
UPDATE – FINAL NOTICE:

It has now been over 2 months since my withdrawal request (February 20).

The casino has confirmed multiple times that:

* The withdrawal is valid
* The funds are secured
* The payout is “on its way”

Despite this, I have not been paid.

For several weeks now, I have been completely ignored via both email and live chat. Messages are read but no replies are given.

Additionally, I have identified clear similarities with other platforms using the same system, support names, and interface, which raises further concerns about transparency.

At this point, this is no longer a delay — this is a complete lack of communication and accountability regarding a confirmed withdrawal of significant value.

Still waiting and waiting for a reply to my emails. Glitzy promotions to an " elite" player but still no basic customer service. Really poor. Now rejecting incoming emails to support team.....I wonder why?

Response received via Trustpilot and to which I have replied. Well see if this produces anything.

I'd steer well clear.

None if the response received is accaccurate and of course no offer to resolve the problem.

Impossible de fermer mon compte sans fournir de pièce d’identité – pratique abusive

Je demande simplement la fermeture de mon compte, sans retrait ni opération financière.

Le casino refuse systématiquement et exige une vérification d’identité complète, alors même que :
- mes dépôts ont toujours été acceptés sans vérification
- aucune suspicion particulière ne m’a été signalée

Cette exigence apparaît totalement disproportionnée et constitue un blocage abusif à la fermeture du compte.

Je suis actuellement contraint d’envisager un signalement auprès de la CNIL pour non-respect du RGPD.

Soyez vigilants avant de vous inscrire.

Don't join stay away.I have put loads on only took once and that's when I first joined, i've asked several times for over a month.For my account to be closed due to the lack of wins given by the site, they have ignored this request. Even though I've told them that they're having an effect on my mental health. And my gambling is getting out of control. The site stuff are very rude. Don't want to deal with t. Request, keep getting told. It's been dealt with and it's a priority but nothing's been done for a month to close the account. They don't care about anything making profits.
