Largest roof tent in the UK, we went for the explorer super xl, best decision we ever made, now we are able to pack up and just go off for a weekend easily, we only purchased a couple of months ago and have already used it 4 times, me, my wife and our 4 young children aged 5-10 sleep in it with ease, so much space its incredible, the company themselves are first class and happy to help at the drop of a hat, pete is a gent, he will always answer the phone, reply to messages and is quick to help with any issues, so far the tent has held up well through, sun, rain and wind and the quality is amazing, we are looking forward to many more holidays away in this, we have videos on our tiktok if you would like to see it in action @10KidsLater

Have bought many items and some spare parts due to me loosing things and always had a good experience . Quick reply’s helpful advice and quick delivery’s can’t find any fault with the customer service.
The roof bunk explorer ,roof bunk awning and the annex awning we have bought and used are amazing .
Have been out in high wind torrential rain and brilliant sunshine ( a good Scottish summer) and everything was perfect no leaks no damage in the wind and very easy to set up and use can’t praise enough

Excellent service from Pete, The Roofbunk is well made, easy to put up and just awesome. Used for my cycling, running and metal detecting weekends away. Brilliant purchase and definitely the right decision.

We went to the camping and motorhome show with the hopes of buying a roof tent. Compared all the brands and found that roofbunk, for us, was the choice. And glad we did. Very well made, we went for the XL along with the annex awning. Lots of space for us 2 adults and 2 dogs to sleep comfortably. The annex is great additional private space. Overall great quality, very easy to set up and close.

Love the roofbunk as you can set it up anywhere you like when travelling, no need to stay in one place, ten minutes to set up even less time take down.

Really happy with my Explorer XL. The whole ordering experience was great from start to finish with lots of availability on fitting times. Put the tent to use straight away on a trip in Scotland and it worked really well for our family of 4. Planning our next road trip at the moment!

Got our roof bunk explorer today, had a trip down to these guys from hull to get it fitted properly, really sound guys both really helpful and showed us how to work it all out came with all the tools and bits and bobs, this is a ridiculously massive upgrade from out previous oex 130 vertex lite set up, kinda puts it to shame really, if your doubtful try it yourself %100 guarantee you won't be disappointed

We absolutely love our Roof Bunk Explorer! We’ve had several trips away in it now, and honestly, it just gets better every time.

One of the first things that stood out to us was how spacious it feels inside. There’s loads of headroom, even for my 6ft 2 partner, which makes a huge difference when you’re spending time in the tent and not just sleeping.

We’ve used it in 25mph winds and stayed warm and snug all night, and we’ve also been caught in torrential rain without any issues at all.

A feature we particularly love is the extended porch section that covers the ladder. It’s brilliant knowing the ladder stays dry in bad weather, and we often leave our chairs and other bits underneath overnight when rain is forecast. Everything has stayed dry every time.

The included boot bags are another great touch. Being able to climb the ladder with your shoes on and then store them outside the sleeping area means you’re not dragging mud and grass into the tent.

We also find the mattress really comfortable. Before buying, we thought we’d probably need extra blankets or a mattress topper for a good night’s sleep, but that hasn’t been necessary at all.

The ladder cover and extra roof height were actually two of the main reasons we chose the Explorer over other roof tents, and we’re so glad we did.

Pete was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions before we purchased and continuing to help with any queries afterwards. Delivery was seamless and I was kept updated throughout the process.

I bought a RoofRunk Adventurer a couple of months ago. It came with everything I needed to install it. I have used it several times so far and it's been great! It seems like it's really good quality throughout. I am looking forward to many more adventures in it.

Great service - had range of technical questions - answered honestly and openly with personal touch which was refreshing. After much research - purchased the Roofbox Adventurer - ticked all the boxes after finding Tentbox Classic & XL unsuitable for our needs. Definitely a Roofbunk convert and recommend to anyone looking for that little bit extra comfort & functionality from a roof tent!

We’ve been absolutely delighted with our RoofBunk. The quality of the product is excellent – it’s clearly very well made and thoughtfully designed. Little touches such as the included shoe bag and integrated LED strip light make a real difference when you’re away camping.

One feature that really sets RoofBunk apart from the competition is the canopy over the ladder. It provides extra shelter when getting in and out of the tent and is one of those features you don’t realise you need until you have it.

A special mention to Pete, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. His customer service has been first-class, always happy to answer questions and offer advice.

Before buying a roof tent, I spent a long time shopping around, probably around six months, before finally making a decision. In the end, I chose the Roofbunk Explorer Super XL. It was the largest roof tent I could find and was more affordable than many smaller tents offered by competitors. Despite the lower price, the quality and customer service were second to none.

There are lots of thoughtful touches included in the price, such as the LED lights and shoe bags, which really add to the experience. Our family of four has already made some fantastic memories on our first two trips, and we’re looking forward to many more this year. We already have another six planned!

The tent is incredibly easy to put up and take down. I’d definitely recommend visiting Roofbunk for their free installation service, as seeing the experts demonstrate the correct setup made our first trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Very good customer service.
I bought a 2nd hand RoofBunk and had question about if it could be stored vertically (yes) and about some metal strips it came with - all very well answered.

I then bought 2 x liners to go under the mattress (one for me and 2nd for a friend). Both where delivered quickly, well packed etc.

The liners have worked well to stop the underside of the mattress feeling wet / damp by allowing it to breath and remove moisture.

I would happily but from this company again - good service.
