The customer service is 10 out 10 where you talk to real people.the quality of the tent exceeded my expectations.its a winner.Drove to aberdeen from the Midlands with zero issues noise etc. Very happy I have gone with ventura roof tents.

I'm thrilled with my tentbox, only collected on Wednesday and the following day I was using it.
I was pleased with the attentive service, demonstrating how to open & close from when I arrived and after when mine was installed on my car.
My first night was very blustery with strong winds, felt very secure and safe. They are certainly designed for any weather conditions.
I can't wait for my next adventure 😀

Really happy with my roof tent, 270° awning and annex from Ventura Roof Tents. The whole setup is a great all-round piece of kit, feels well made and I’m very pleased with the purchase.

There were a few logistical issues with the delivery and unfortunately the awning arrived with some slight damage. However, the team at Ventura reached out directly and were extremely helpful in getting everything resolved. Their customer service was excellent and they were far more helpful and responsive than the couriers throughout the process.

It’s always good to see a company actually take responsibility and make the effort to look after their customers when something doesn’t go completely to plan.

Overall, very happy with everything I purchased and with how Ventura handled the issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality roof tent and camping setup.

I bought the deluxe 1.4 back in 2021. We went on my camping trips. And I’ve still got it too. But decided to upgrade to the clamshell version roof tents.. what a piece of kit it is. We love it. Wouldn’t go anyone else to buy our roof tents.. thanks guys ☺️

Hi, I'm Trevor and my wife is Viv. This is a true and honest opinion on our findings. In the past we have had tents, a trailer tent, a caravan and a motor home. Now we have decided to try a Roof Tent. We had in mind what sort of speck we required. After Research, Visits, reading Reviews, and watching YouTube etc. it looked like Ventura Roof Tents might have what we were looking for. We made an appointment for a visit. We were met by William, he couldn't have been more friendly. Not pushy or over bearing. He answered all our questions. He showed us a Deluxe 1.4, which although a very nice unit, didn't quite hit the spot. Then looked at the Deluxe XL 1.8. This was bigger, had twin ladders, and that hit the spot. We hadn't gone down to purchase, just view. After negotiations on various options, we considered the Extended 1.8 with the Annex. We drove off to 'think' about it. 5 miles down the road we made up our minds. We rang William and said Yes, we'd take it then and there if possible. As we drove back, they prepared the tent, and then fitted it, which wasn't straight forward as the car roof is lower at the front. No problem to them, they got it sorted. We also purchased a Thermal inner lining, which they fitted. We were given a bag of useful, additional items. After fitting they showed us how to open it out, fit the annex and put it all away, plus other useful tips. We couldn't have been happier, they couldn't have been more helpful. We are taking it out in a couple of weeks, and will let you know how we get on. A big thank you to William and his team.

My 2nd year of using the Ventura deluxe and it has been excellent. Right from ordering to delivery the team at Ventura kept me up to date with the order. The customer service is honestly the best I have experienced. The tent itself is so easy to use and so spacious. I also purchased a winter liner which is brilliant! so easy to clip in. lovely and cosy if you like winter camping. I was camping in 30+this summer and with the all round ventilation it was very comfortable.

Such a great team everyone was so helpful a nice to work with incredibly flexible with getting me seen, giving demos on how easy the tent is to use and fit us in same day for collecting and installing. They even helped when it came to looking for suitable roof bars for our van.

Overall such a great team and experience getting our roof top tent.

Sad, after original review and contact from owner I was hoping it would go smooth, but no. I received my awning but the protective cover was damaged and the attachment rail was bent making attachment impossible. I sent the images with the damage. Im still waiting on a reply that was 3 weeks ago. I really want to love the whole experience but it was disappointing from the start to the end. If you buy anything dont expect any support. Poor all round.

Good experience with the customer service. They were very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. I appreciate the quick communication and the effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

I recently bought a roof tent from Ventura Roof Tents, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. The tent is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for.

The team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They installed the tent on the roof of my car, took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and patiently answered all of my questions. They made sure I felt completely confident before I left.

William and his team are great, the service and product are outstanding, I needed an awning but wasn't to sure of the fit, a quick call with William he invited me down and his time demonstrated the awning and fitted.
I also have a roof tent.
If you're looking to fit out an off grid van or just a car for camping these guys are the ones to call.
I have 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as that's the highest.
