Customer service is a joke. Wrong colour delivered, replacements not sent. Damage delivery. I've sent a dozen emails and a month later still can't get a complete order that I've paid for. Stay away!

My experience with this company has been entirely unsatisfactory from start to finish. I requested a simple colour change of the fittings approximately 20 minutes after placing my order — a request submitted only after multiple failed attempts to reach anyone by phone or via the online chat, which never connected.

Despite raising this issue almost immediately, the company failed to act on it. This was three days before the scheduled delivery (which the delivery of the fittings did not take place) and four days before I eventually received the incorrect black fittings. The fact that no one within the organisation was apparently able — or willing — to communicate a basic amendment in that timeframe raises serious concerns about their internal processes and overall competence. I'm not surprised they have a low overall review score.

To make matters worse, I was then informed that I would be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect items, even though the failure occurred on their side. This response is completely unacceptable. While I am within my rights to return the full order for a full refund at my own expense, it should never have been necessary, and it reflects a clear disregard for the customer.

The customer service has been consistently poor, and very dismissive. There was no ownership of the issue, no proactive communication, and no effort made to rectify a situation caused by their own operational shortcomings.

I strongly advise others to consider this experience before placing an order. This level of service is simply not acceptable in any professional business.

As a side comment, the products look good quality, but unpackaged. A few of the roofing sheets had damage on them, but I know that I could cover them when fitting, so I've never mentioned that.

very helpful and informative on products, even when 2 of the 4 sheets ordered were damaged, the speed of turn around (3 days) enable the works to continue to completion in the time slot allocated, ie my sons booked holiday, fantastic service, and the prices beat all others

All good. Easy to use website with helpful estimating tool and installation advice. Delivered on time all intact and helpful driver who unloaded and put materials in a safe place as we couldn’t get to the delivery site in time. We were installing the Corotherm multi wall system replacing an old roof on a lean-to. Very happy with finished result which looks good from inside as well as outside. Did have a faulty roll of Flashband but that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Megastore!!

Avoid. For what I said was an urgent order, it took 12 days to around a dozen emails from me, online chats and several phone calls to get them to provide an invoice, for it end in a bait and switch (they added an massive additional delivery charge which was not part of any previous quote/agreement, despite products remaining the same or less). It took 8 days and a lot of chasing for them to say they would not price match either of the cheaper quotes of which I'd provided them with full details. Extraordinary and hugely disappointing, and a total waste of everyone's time. I ended up having to cancel the order (though they've yet to confirm/acknowledge this). Quite how they're still in business I have no idea.

I orded anough materials for a new roof for my summerhouse and the adverst on their wwbsite stated high quality materials ext, so i paid £320 for 2 sheets plus all the extras to attach it all, well 2 weeks later when i fanaly had delivery only 4 out of 10 item arrived and the sheets was such low quality i mean really poor chinese rubbish sometging that they sell in my local diy for £12 but they had the neck to cahrge me £78 for i was not happy,
I emailed fist that was ignored to then called but they are not playing ball stating that this rubbish is cut to order and canot be returned, then after i told them i do not want anything except my refund, they then stated that they had resent the missing items, why after i told them i want a refund, these people clearly specalise in conning people online and must be avoided at all times

Buyer BEWARE. The website looks good, professional even but that's where it ends. Customer service and communication, abysmal. Delivery of goods, in your dreams. Fortunately I have paid by credit card so will be reclaiming though my card provider. You have been warned!

As most reviews have mentioned the moronic delivery company they use, what annoyed me was Roofing Megastore's apathetic response to having to wait an extra day for delivery as the driver couldn't read a map. Had to pay the roofer for his lost day. Never use this company again.

Delays in delivery then given a 48 hour window with someone needing to be there. Not delivered.
Message to say delivery will be between 10:00 and 13:00 the next day.

Received a call to say it had been delivered but it hasn’t and I have been here all day waiting.
Said they would phone back but haven’t and won’t answer th 11 calls that eventually go to voicemail

On their web site the Roofing megastore shows 300 plus 5 star ratings. That has certainly not been my experience. The web site is slick bus sadly that is as far as it goes. I placed an order on 30 June with a promised delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks. I finally got my goods on 15 September delivered 60 miles from where I need it because they were incapable of delivering to site on a given day. Poor communication and a general lack of effort once they had my money.

Really awful. Customer services team are friendly and helpful when you call. But if you try to cancel an order or return, the service is atrocious. It's been over a week with no reply. Don't risk it.

£1000 material cost £350 to deliver. Delivery window was a month after ordering, which is already a lot. They've then delayed the delivery by a month, without telling me. The only way I found out was by ringing them multiple times to chase this up, each time being told "we'll get back to you" only to hear nothing. Now I have an estimated delivery window two months after I ordered, which isn't guaranteed; so my products still might not be here when they say. Obviously my client is annoyed and I'm out of pocket. Disgraceful service with rip-off costs.

Sent in drawings for a quote, I received a quote and paid for it, come delivery day I realised that they had only sent me rubber for half the roof, 1million emails and phone calls later they admitted it was short by half. I sent it back and then received the "correct quote" £250 more expensive . I paid and another week later received my order. They had incorrectly assumed the fall of the roof meaning there was not enough of the correct trims. After another million emails and phone calls and 6 weeks of wasted time, they email me saying no the 1 x 2.5m trim is correct for a 5m run?? Complete incompetence start to finish.

Prices are good but customer service is terrible. Don't answer the phone or respond to messages / emails. ALL WANTED TO DO WAS ADD AN EXTRA SHEET TO MY ORDER !!!!

Avoid. Zero communication.

Really late delivery (STILL not here..2weeks late)

Avoid. Quick to take your money though.

Avoid at all costs...took our 9k then no interest in fixing the issues ,weve given them weeks to fix /solve/work with us & zero interest ... customer service horrendous, no reply untill we chased them numerous times ... no surprise there rating is 1 .... if there was a 0 I'd tick it ... save yourself time & money & go else where .

One Star – utterly disgraceful service, avoid at all costs

I placed an order with Roofing Megastore on 3rd May, with a promised delivery date of 30th May. That date came and went without a single update or explanation. After chasing them multiple times, I requested a refund—quite reasonably, given they'd failed to deliver.

Instead of processing the refund, they ignored my request entirely and told me they'd deliver the product by 24th June. Against my better judgement, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again, nothing arrived.

So here I am, nearly two months on, still without the product, without a refund, and with absolutely no faith left in this company. Communication is a joke—emails are ignored, calls are met with vague platitudes, and no one takes ownership of anything. It’s as if once they’ve taken your money, you no longer exist.

This experience has been an expensive, frustrating, and time-wasting disaster. Roofing Megastore has shown a complete disregard for basic customer service, contractual responsibility, and common decency. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

If you value your time, money, and sanity—do not order from this company.

Placed an order for some Poly sheeting, 2 weeks later no update on the delivery so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. It's now 3/6/25 and no sign of my refund

I recently purchased Classic Bond - EPDM flat roof kit. All the bits were there, the installation is not difficult. There are helpful video guides to remove any uncertainty. I have a high confidence this is going to work.

In short, I would do this again, I previously thought flat roofs were a disaster, not any more!

Like all these drop-ship type businesses once the product leaves their hands they don't care about it. Their 'proforma' email seems to talk about 'current' strains on delivery networks and estimates the delivery pushing the delivery to piss poor delivery companies who go NOWHERE without a full load. dont expect sparkling performance
