This is my second Fakro roof blind, the first one is on the sunny side of the roof and does a great job of blocking out the sun on a hot day, and not getting woken up at the first light of dawn.
I've also noticed that when you get a frost covering the roof, if you leave the blind down you get frost on the outside of the glass as well, if you leave the blind up you get no frost on the glass. So the blinds definitely help keep the heat in the house.
Based on this I brought another blind for the other side of the roof on the adjoining landing. Every little bit will help with winter fuel bills.
Blind installed easily and with a perfect fit.

Replacement window arrived and could be easily put into window frame

Easy ordering, great communication, competitive price and speedy delivery.

amazing experience, website easy to navigate, quick delivery, stunning quality window, easy installation. worth every penny, very happy!

Very good service. Product arrived damaged but was replaced with minimum fuss and quickly.

Fast delivery and great customer service - an item was damaged in transit and they arranged a replacement straight away so work wasn't delayed!

Good service, totally recommend

We were away on holiday for a week and then suddenly got this message to say you would be deliviering that same week and that if there was no one to recieve it, we might have to pay for a new delivery charge.
It took several emails to sort it out and was very stressful. Then you did not deliver until reminded weeks later.

The item arrived on time without any complications and would definitely recommend.

Great communication on the phone, prompt delivery and no real problems!

The quick delivery is great for me as a builder, good quality roof windows.
Very happy.

On time delivery and they have been installed, working well.

Fitted like a glove. I’m no DIYer but it only took me 20 minutes. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Good service, prompt delivery

Excellent sales staff, very helpful

I had a handle that had broken after 20 years of use.
I phoned and was asked to send a photo of the handle and the serial number on the window.
I received an email telling me which part to order. I placed the order and received the replacement handle in a couple of days.
It was good to be able to speak to someone who knew how to solve the problem.
Well done.

Simple, straightforward, great customer service, quick delivery and good price for a great quality product, the top hung and centre pivot window is a brilliant design, giving the best of both options. My wife and I are extremely happy with it.
