Hi Akash
Thank you for your feedback.
We cannot see that we were contacted regarding the failed delivery attempts, which would have allowed us to investigate further on your behalf. We are sorry to hear this.
With regard to the unloading of the sheets, deliveries are fulfilled on a kerbside basis by both our suppliers and courier partners. For health and safety and insurance reasons, drivers are generally unable to move goods through side access points or onto private property and must leave deliveries in a safe kerbside location.
We appreciate your frustration and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Whilst I appreciate clay ridges can vary slightly the ones I ordered were not the same coluur match and several the angle was different as well. Now in place you can see the colour variation as they were not all from the same batch.

Dear J Muss
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the products received. Having reviewed our records, we cannot see any clay ridge tiles on your order. The items supplied were Redbank chimney pot spigots/flue vents.
That said, we appreciate your comments regarding the colour variation and appearance of the products received. We understand the importance of consistency, particularly where products are visible once installed, and we're sorry if they did not meet your expectations.
If you believe there may have been an issue with the products supplied, please feel free to contact our team directly with further details or photographs, and we will be happy to review the matter and assist where possible.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing JJ Roofing Supplies.

Exceptional delivery time
Very impressed with JJ Roofing. I needed a Fakro roof window part urgently and some suppliers were estimating as much as 15-20 working days delivery. JJ Roofing estimated 3 - 5 days but in reality this was conservative as the order was received within 2 days! Also the cost including delivery was less than most other competitors. Would use again.

Dear Jon,
Thank you for your 5-stars!
We're delighted to hear that you were impressed with both our service and value for money. We always aim to provide accurate delivery estimates and get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, so it's great to know your Fakro roof window part arrived even sooner than expected.
Your feedback and future recommendation are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to assisting you again whenever you need us.
Their poor delivery cost me time, money and a whole load of stress.
Took four attemps and over 2 weeks to finally deliver my order. Buy which time my roofers had finished. It cost me a huge amount of time and money just to get my order, let alone then having to then fit it myself. The only compensation I received was the delivery cost reimbursed which was offered after the first delivery attempt failed. The next 2 failed delivery attempts resulted in no further offer of compensation despite resulting in the greater cost to myself. Will avoid ordering from them again.

Dear Patrick
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
While we understand the frustration caused by the delays, delivery services are carried out by external couriers, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as unforeseen circumstances outside of our control can affect transit schedules.
For this reason, we always recommend that products are received and checked before arranging contractors or installation work. We appreciate that the delays impacted your project, however we are unable to accept responsibility for costs incurred as a result of installation dates being scheduled prior to delivery.
As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a full refund of your delivery charge following the initial failed delivery. While we regret that the subsequent delivery attempts did not meet expectations, this refund was offered in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
We value all customer feedback and are sorry that this experience has led you to feel unable to order from us again. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
