Everything works fine for couple of months until one day the server is just unreachable, i ask in support what is going on - no reply. I check their network status page, news page, my email for maybe some info regarding this - nothing. After 10 hours support replies to me that they "migrated all servers to a new Datacenter", without informing any of their customers. It is now well over 18 hours and i still cannot connect to my server in any way. Support is not responding and btw i cannot even control the server from their admin page (start/stop/restart).

I don't understand how bad reviews are here.
We work with several VPS companies and Private servers, for different clients of ours (currently assisting clients with a total of more than 100 servers), I tested working with this company and I am very satisfied that I am starting to advise other clients of mine to migrate from other companies to this one.

I would like to point out that I have no connection with this company, nor am I a reseller, nor do I even have a referral code to earn a percentage, my review is 100 real percent of what is happening in my case.

The Vps and Private Servers present excellent performance, the support I read here was not good, I totally have another opinion, I find the support quite simple and efficient I can even point out that better than some companies I work with that are in the world ranking of the best VPS and server companies.

Regarding the waiting time, I don't think they take long, I already had experience of having VPS or Servers ready on the same day, after clearing the payment confirmation.

at the moment i love the work of this company, and if i change my opinion i will be happy to come and share, but for the moment this company satisfies 10 Stars (and not just 5) in everything:
Quality, Efficiency, Support and a service that makes the customer personal and not robotic or just another one.

I'm giving this review 2 stars only because the server was good till it worked! Also their managment panel has all the needed features!
I can't connect to my server anymore and it's down since 2 days ago.
I'm waiting for a support reply for 2 days and they haven't even responded yet.
Their live chat is lame, because they aren't even online the chat! I checked 10 times a day.
The support in this website isn't good! Don't buy if you need support.

EDIT 1 : I also think that all their reviews are fake, because the profiles have only reviewed rootlayer and given 5 start review only!

Rootlayer has been a very good experience since day one, I have been using them for a couple months now and so far only positive. Best VPS service you can find in the Market. There was a little mistake with OS installation and I got compensated with an extra week on my subscription. Really remarkable.
