They provided all specs of the dell optiplex micro. And clarified all my queries. The micro was well packed. Its in decent condition externally & clean internally. Trustworthy seller. Would not hesitate to re-order.

I have bought two PCs from RootRefurb over the last few months. The machines are doing fine and the descriptions matches what arrived. Delivery was prompt. Minor niggles with both such as a dented case on one and flat CMOS battery on the other, but overall a good experience. The 30 day warranty does seem short for units that are supposed to be fully checked and 3 months would seem more appropriate.

I reached out to support to confirm whether a specific CPU model could be used in the mini PCs they offer. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, so I went ahead and ordered two Dell mini PCs. Both arrived in a really good condition, work perfectly, and include the exact CPUs I requested. As a bonus, I was pleasantly surprised to find Samsung SSDs installed in both.

Sadly the PC I ordered was faulty. Initially it booted up and I loaded my personal files. On rebooting it failed to boot up. I reported it and sent it back with no difficulty ( plus points here). However it was then returned to me with exactly the same problem. The machine booted up once, all seemed OK then next time I restarted, "Hard Drive can't be found" - some sort of boot up problem.
I wasted several hours trying to sort the issues out. Returned it again and asked for a full refund. To their credit the refund was issued very quickly with a very polite apology. Really the only good part of my experience was Customer Service - thank you Jack Williams.
Real shame - I really wanted the problem resolved but sending it back to me with the same fault made me lose all confidence in the company.
