We recently had our bathroom converted to a wet room to make it easier for my wife who has a disability.

Joanne from Rossendale Interiors visited us to advise us on the design and the best materials we needed.

We then arranged the dates for the work to be done. The workers who did the various jobs were highly experienced and sensitive to the needs of my wife's condition.

They did a brilliant job on the bathroom. It was done to a high standard with care and consideration within the planned timescale.

Highly recommended.

We have recently completed the transformation of our existing dark and dull kitchen into a bright and welcoming space , thanks to Rossendale Interiors. Special thank to Sophie for all her design advice and organisation and to Darren who made a first class tidy job of removing and replacing the original black work tops and fittings; and to the friendly showroom staff who patiently dealt with all our initial requests. Suzanne was very good at finding out what we needed for our kitchen and came up with some good suggestions on improvements to the lay out. She also helped with her knowledge of the appliances and which were best and we were are glad of her input. The kitchen layout now works very well for us.

A friend recommended Rossendale Interiors and we are so glad that we used them for our kitchen. Alix, the designer, showed extreme patience and came up with lots of different ideas. She kept us within budget and our new kitchen looks fabulous. Of equal importance was Tim, the Fitter, his meticulous attention to detail was paramount in producing a superb end result.

I was attracted to the company because it was local, including the manufacturing. I was further encouraged by my designer, Alix. She was amazing from start to finish, really understood the concept we had in mind and majorly maximised our storage space. All the fitters were also fab, and neat and tidy. I love my new kitchen!

Wow how and where do I start ?
Alix came and did a site survey, we went to the showroom and sat down looking at the ranges.
Alix noted what we liked and provided us with a 3d cad in the price range we had discussed.
Alix was fantastic from start to finish. Her design was faultless.
The fitter we used called Jamie was 1st class he was meticulous and I would highly recommend.
Dean was our electrician and Craig was our plasterer all although individual worked as a streamlined team making it seamless for us the customer to worry about nothing. The kitchen is absolutely Fantastic the company amazing to deal with the tradesmen faultless without any hitches. Thank you 😊

Suzanne helped me plan my bedroom, she was excellent on detail and John did a great job fitting the bedroom for me. Both Suzanne and John were fabulous, couldn’t recommend them highly enough

We recently used Rossendale Interiors for a new kitchen and some additional works with their associated trades. We’re really pleased with the result!
A special mention to Alix, who patiently helped us plan a fantastic kitchen, Andy, who couldn’t do enough for us, and Tim the fitter, who finished everything to a very high standard.
We’d also recommend using their electricians — it made coordinating the work so much easier, they were excellent, hardworking, nothing was too much trouble.

We've just had our kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Rossendale Interiors and we can 100% say we couldn't fault them. Alix our designer helped and communicated with us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her ideas on the design were amazing and not something i'd of thought of. We love our kitchen and when we get round to the bedrooms I will be contacted Alix.

Where to begin!! From the very first meeting we had with Sophie, she was professional and friendly - she designed our dream kitchen with our vision and must haves, along with helpful advice and practical ideas to create the perfect social/family kitchen.

Even once we’d had the kitchen delivered and I requested a couple of changes, Sophie acted on this promptly and managed to make this possible, and even arranged for the extra material to be delivered the same day.

We unfortunately ran into a lot of problems with our builders/work men - the Rossendale team (Joanne, Sophie, Andy) went above and beyond providing advice and support and doing their absolute utmost to make sure our kitchen and utility was fitted to the highest standard. They even contacted and arranged for some of their fitters to take over the job so that this could be achieved!

Throughout the whole process the contact has been fast and reliable. The materials supplied are amazing quality and look beautiful. The kitchen is everything we dreamed it would be.

We honestly cannot recommend Rossendale Interiors enough. Their customer service is outstanding and we felt so safe with them, particularly when all our issues started with rogue construction men. They truly look after each client as if you’re family!

My wife and I have just had a new kitchen installed. When we went to the showroom to look at the different displays and had a very enjoyable experience. We were able to walk around and ask questions with no pressure at all from the courteous staff who work there. In fact, before we made our final decision on which kitchen to have we had gone back on at least four occasions. I have to say that Erin the lady who helped us was first class, nothing was too much trouble for her and I sure we must have tested the poor girls patience many times.
If you do decide to get a kitchen from JJ Omerods then definitely deal with Erin.
The fitting was first class as well. We are really pleased with everything as nothing was too much trouble. When there were a few concerns they were addressed immediately as well.

The team at Rossendale Interiors have been amazing. Joanne spent time with us talking through our budget and preferences. She explained the fitting process from start to finish, and the project run to plan. Any issues were cleared up without any drama. The fitter, electricians , floorer and plasterers were a pleasure to have around and I have no reservations in recommending them. Joanne sent us images of our kitchen and it looks just like our finished project. If anyone is in the market for a new kitchen give Joanne a call, she is passionate about her work, and loves her customers to be happy.

From the first visit and design plans everything was taken care of, all the tradesmen were first class,any minor issues were very quickly resolved ,if you want a top quality kitchen and first class service you need to use this company

jo the kitchen designer listened to what we wanted and gave some great input if she felt something could be better. Absolutely fabulous team of fitters electricians etc. Nothing too much bother polite and professional. really pleased with our new kitchen

Our fabulous new kitchen is now finished and we are absolutely delighted with it. Rossendale Interiors were recommended by a friend who had used them for their new kitchen. The people in the showroom were very helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Alix the designer came out to our house to measure up and find out what we wanted. She really listened and came up with a stunning design. Tim the fitter was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, Craig the plasterer and Dean and Bradley the electricians were also spot on and really helpful. A big thank you to Andy the installation manager who sorted out a couple of little snags for us and was so helpful.
Our kitchen is quite large and was totally ripped out, almost totally re plastered, re wired and a new floor, all done with a minimum of fuss.
We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Rossendale Interiors.

We picked Rossendale Interiors following excellent reviews from some good friends. From the design by Joanne Kitchen and site works carried out by their expert fitter (who project managed the site works), plasterer, plumber, flooring and electrical technicians, the experience was smooth and efficient, with no need to worry about any problems that arose during the works.
We would recommend Rossendale Interiors anytime for designing and carrying out this sort of work within the kitchen, bedroom etc., as they have years of experience, provide an excellent service and carry it out with a smile. The finish of the kitchen cabinets, cupboards, hardware and overall works is excellent. Our kitchen is only very small compared to most but it now looks a million dollars and twice the size. Joanne finally inspected the kitchen on it's completion with us to confirm that everything was as expected and that we were happy with the final outcome. Joanne is now looking at a redesign of one of our bedrooms....and we are looking forward to it.
