Alix designed out new kitchen and what a wonderful job she did .
Andy and Keith ripped our old kitchen out and then installed our beautiful new kitchen and what a job they did - absolute perfection !
Craig did a wonderful job of the plastering - Dean did an excellent of the electrics as did Peter who installed the new radiator
Fernando did a brilliant job of installing the new quartz worktop
Andy did a wonderful job of putting down the new flooring
Each and every one of them have our very grateful thanks !

So pleased with rossendale interiors, from start to finish they made the process as stress free as possible 😀 they worked within our budget and we got a kitchen we only dreamed of. From the start of the design process to the finished result we're extremely happy, I'm incredibly greatful to Joanne for the design and management of the project, the quality of the units, worktops and appliances are fantastic with a price range for everyone. Everything run exceptionally smooth both the plaster Craig and the dean the electricians work was fantastic and to a high standered, both reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I must mention Jonathan the kitchen fitter who worked endlessly to get our kitchen upto the standered we expected. He was very polite, helpful and extremely hard working, his work was to an exceptional standered and he went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend him enough! Very professional from start to finish I would highly recommend this company and all the contractors mentioned above! Just had wardrobes fitted in our master bedroom. The experience from start to finish has been nothing short of fantastic. We had been let down on 3 separate occasions by less ethical wardrobe tradesmen. Sales and customer service from Suzy was brilliant with nothing left to chance. Rossendale interiors is long established, family run business and this is really obvious the moment you walk through the door. High end materials and extensive knowledge of the market abounds. The absolute jewel in the crown though was the fitter Jonathan and fellow joiner Jacob. They were polite, respectful and left everywhere neat and tidy. The job was, by all accounts, very challenging but Jonathan was positive throughout and delivered beyond our expectations. The results are outstanding and I would strongly recommend this firm to anybody thinking of using them.

From first contact with Karen at Oswaldtwistle Mills who made us a home appointment with Alix, to the design, visit to the showroom, ripping out and fitting, we were very impressed with the seamless way everything was coordinated.
Andy and Keith the fitters, Craig the plasterer, Dean the electrician and Andy the floor fitter all arrived when they said they would, carried out their work and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day.
We now have a light and airy kitchen dining area instead of the dark and tired kitchen it replaced.

We have been to many company’s for a new kitchen and we were never quite happy with the end result, until we went to Rossendale Interiors. We met with Alix who has been amazing from start to finish, catering to all our needs and providing advise on how to utilise space in our small kitchen. Very professional quotes and designs were sent to us on a regular basis when we wanted to make changes. We also got the kitchen fitted along with the flooring by Rossendale, completing this to a high standard. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted by Rossendale Interiors, the whole process from initially entering the showroom to fixing the final screws we found to be a thoroughly excellent and professional experience.
The kitchen was designed by Alix who listened to our requirements and provided some insight and input into slight changes to improve things, producing some excellent designs even including the wallpaper we had already got for the dining area.
The kitchen fitter was Jamie who we found to be very friendly and thorough in getting things exactly as we wanted by constantly updating us and asking us whenever choices had to be made.
Jamie also organised all the other professions who also all arrived when expected and completed their part in a professional and friendly manner.
They were Jonathan (plasterer), Pete (plumber),Dean and Bradley(Electricics), and Andy (flooring).
Thanks again to all involved in giving us our new kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Rossendale Interiors to anyone.

We had our kitchen installed August 2023. From start to finish the whole team have been brilliant. Joanne Kitchen took care of everything for us and we were very pleased we decided to go with their fitting team. Everybody worked fast and well, was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie in particular was very accommodating and Dean has been fabulous too. We absolutely love the kitchen - wouldn't change anything.

The hob we chose developed a fault in January 24 and we were struggling to get anywhere with Hoover as there was a parts shortage - I mentioned this to Joanne and within 48 hours I had a new hob installed. Honestly... excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

A Professional And Customer Focused Business. From the initial design of our kitchen through to it's final completion the company was professional and very customer focused throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and any concerns that we raised during the installation were addressed immediately. Jo's design gave us exactly what we were looking for, and family and friends have been very complimentary. There was very limited mess and the old kitchen was removed immediately without any disturbance or inconvenience for our neighbours. A great deal of credit must go to Jaimie who co-ordinated the various trades throughout it's installation with it starting and finishing on time, and completed to our total satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Alix shared her expertise as we discussed ideas and the final plan was put in place by an excellent team. Everyone turned up when they said they would and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company. Have just had a new kitchen installed by them and it far exceeds my expectations. It is true value for money. The staff al all so lovely to deal with and cannot do enough to make sure you are happy at all stages Alex the designer was wonderful and managed to design a functional and beautiful space Jamie the fitter was very conscientious and paid great attention to detail but a the team were great.

We checked out other kitchen suppliers before settling on Rossendale Kitchens. While the quotes were comparable we made our choice on the basis of quality and choice within our price range. At no point did I feel I was being sold a standardised kitchen. Options were provided but then adapted to fit my requirements. The design was double checked on site by Ian who was very thorough and talked us through the full process. Keith and Andy Bell the fitters were exceptional. I had initially thought that the fitting charges were expensive. Having now seen the level of effort and detail that goes into fitting the kitchen and flooring I really think we got a bargain. The trades worked with each other in order to allow the process to run smoothly right down to the provision and removal of the skip. We did have an issue with a broken part on the cooker hood but Joanne quickly provided the phone number for the manufacturers who resolved the issue straight away. We also had a minor misunderstanding with one of the trades, but as soon as Rossendale Kitchens were made aware the situation was resolved. You may wonder why I mention this and why I still give the service 5 stars. That is because you never know how good customer service is until you need it. In this case I would happily recommend Rossendale Kitchens as I have every faith that if I do need to contact them in the future they will listen and resolve my concerns quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my new kitchen.

As a retired residential Chartered Surveyor, with the latter years in quality control, the refurbishment of our bedroom was a project I was not looking forward to. I tend to imagine problems happening at every turn - they did not occur! From start to finish, I felt able and happy to leave things in combined capable hands. Any potential difficulties were identified, discussed and then optioned out - that's how it should be done - excellent. A planner (Suzanne) who could plan; a fitter (Jonathan) who could fit; and an installations manager (Iain) to check everything else - perfect. Many thanks from a relaxed and stress free customer.

After choosing Rossendale Interiors to design and build my kitchen. I am completely thrilled with the results.
(Joanne had designed my daughter’s kitchen 5 years ago and I was very impressed then.)
After contacting the shop, Joanne soon came in person for an initial visit taking time to listen to my wishes, discussing ideas and offering advice. She patiently answered to all my questions. I never felt rushed or under pressure to make a commitment. I felt Joanne had a genuine interest to please and offer a personalised service.
Joanne quickly sent me some digital images of her suggested design. I visited the shop to look at possible options still without pressure.
The work started soon after deciding to go ahead. The team provided a hassle-free service and worked well together. Darren (fitter), Dean (electrician), Bradley ( apprentice electrician), Jonathan (plasterer), Peter ( gasman ), Andrew (floor ) were all very professional and trustworthy. Most of my kitchen was completed while I was away.
Amazingly, once finished the kitchen looked exactly like the digital photos. My new kitchen is both practical and beautiful, making it an appealing and relaxing cooking and social space. Everyone who sees my kitchen is very impressed indeed. Seeing my new kitchen immediately inspired some friends to go ahead and have their kitchen redesigned with Rossendale Interiors. I would strongly recommend Rossendale Interiors and Joanne and her team to anyone looking for a kitchen project. It will be carried out by a professional and dedicated team.
