Very easy booking process, efficient to communicate with user and process is followed start to finish.

The fact that you can book online and find a cleaning service on the same day is life changing, especially when you have works being done at home. Cleaner was very polite and was up for the job and worked until the cleaning was fully finished. Will surely book again when needed.

Rosie app helps you connect with self employed cleaners. Whatever price is agreed is binding on both parties, even if the job takes, more, or less, time than originally estimated. There is a real time customer support that intervenes to put things right immediately. And they have insurance to cover any damages.

The cleaner didn't just do a bad job, they had to be prompted to complete the tasks requested, like cleaning the balcony. They arrived before 12 but told me they were 'done' at 16.30. I reminded them of the additional tasks requested they hadn't done, which they then did, seemingly under protest. But paying for 6 hours and getting 4 hours, 30 of very inadequate work. (I pointed out what was bad) demonstrates whats wrong with the cleaners on this app.

The cleaner was very unprofessional. I asked twice for the vacuum to be used, but she simply replied “no” and used a brush instead. She then left the brush in the middle of the floor even though she knew where it belongs. The cleaning itself was also very poor. Cleaning cloths were left all over the flat, and many surfaces, including the inside of some cupboards, were left soaking wet. Several tasks that were specifically mentioned in the app were not cleaned at all. I booked and paid for a deep cleaning service, but the result was worse than a basic cleaning. Also, while I understand that the estimated duration in the app is only approximate, the booking showed around 5 hours and the cleaner stayed for less than 2 hours, which is a very significant difference. I needed to remove the app.

If you book through this platform, be aware that when something goes wrong, customer support may simply hide behind Terms & Conditions instead of resolving the issue fairly.

The cleaner I received worked for 5 hours but the quality was nowhere near professional standard. Many tasks were either badly done or incomplete. The cleaner herself admitted that she had received only 3 days of training and had never cleaned windows before.

I raised concerns during the appointment itself and tried to handle the situation respectfully, but afterward the company completely shifted responsibility away from themselves, repeatedly stating that cleaners are “independent providers” while still controlling the entire booking and payment process.

The most frustrating part was the customer service. Instead of empathy or accountability, I received long copy-paste legal responses explaining why they would not help further. The tone became cold and dismissive very quickly, despite me being a returning customer.

Overall, one of the worst after-sales support experiences I have had with a service platform. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

Update after company response:

The company’s reply is not accurate. I did not complain simply because the cleaner was “too slow.” I contacted support during the appointment because after almost one hour only one small window (around 90x90 cm) had been partially cleaned.

I have proof of my live conversation with customer support during the cleaning itself, I informed them immediately that the cleaner had no experience with windows and that one small window had already taken an hour. Their own support then advised me to stop the cleaner from continuing with the windows only to avoid damage and confirmed they would refund the windows part.

I booked and paid for cleaning of all windows, not one small window in an hour.

As a returning customer, I expected accountability and a fair resolution rather than responsibility being shifted entirely onto the customer.

I've been using Rozie for several months for my apartment cleaning and have never had any issue until recently. The cleanings are consistently well done — floors, dust, windows, bathroom — the work is thorough and the app is convenient for booking.

During the last visit, an incident occurred: the laundry room was flooded during the cleaning, and two garments left on the floor were damaged by prolonged contact with water. The initial support response leaned heavily on contractual exclusions, which felt at odds with the broad coverage promise displayed on their homepage ("Your Home, Protected"). After a written exchange with a co-founder, the case was reopened and resolved fairly.

I'm keeping 4 stars: the day-to-day service quality is genuinely good, and the final outcome on the claim was satisfactory. The one area for improvement is the initial claims handling — if the publicly advertised coverage were applied more directly from the first exchange, this would easily be 5 stars.
