Easy App and great cleaner
The app was very easy to use and easy to cancel if you make a mistake. It also feels safe as you may not have met the cleaner before. The cleaner I got was very polite and reliable and did a great job. I wil use the app again. I will try and get the same cleaner if I can because she was excellent

We had a great experience
We had a great experience. Our cleaner was fantastic and extremely friendly. The App was easy to use and payment through apple pay was very quick. We had wide range for possible cleaners to choose from. We will definitely use Rozie again.

Easy to use app and better prices
The app is user-friendly and easy to use. My first experience with Rozie was very good, from booking an appointment to the service received. The prices offered are also much better than what I was offered from local cleaning companies. The results were fairly similar with local cleaning company services. I will certainly use Rozie again.

Easy to book cleaners locally and safe. App is pretty forward and easy to use. Request cleaning, go through offers and check profiles of the cleaners who sent an offer and their reviews. The cost is upfront, the cleaner might be there 3 hours or 5 hours, it’s the same pay. Very pleased so far.

Reliable service and support
Rozie has filled a gap in the market: finding a good cleaner even at short notice. They even refunded me in previous booking. The app is simple to use. My only suggestion when booking Office cleaning: there needs to be clarification so that cleaners know the number of rooms to be cleaned not just indicate the floorspace.

Good cleaning service in Malta
I tried couple other serivces in Malta for cleaning and wasnt happy. then someone told me to try Rozie. Worked very good good, app is easy, I paid with apple pay, cleaner was on time and cleaning was good. Maybe some more functions would be nice like laundry etc but this is not so essential.

Hello, our support is available in whatsapp by phone and email. Could you specify more details what went wrong ? We don't see any disputes from you.

She was over 2 hours late. When I contacted her, she informed me that she would arrive in 2 hours. This was quite inconvenient, as I had scheduled the day and booked the time accordingly.
Ultimately, I advised her not to come.
I was disappointed with the service; the cleaner could have at least called to inform me before I reached out to her.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear that you had negative experience. We checked the logs and yes, the provider was coming late - 30 mins over the the allowed time slot. We are working on providing best communication channels to both - providers and clients. We strongly suggest reaching out providers and cleaners day before cleaning and same day to ensure there are no delays or changes. In this specific situation the cleaner got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it on time informing us that they will be 30 minutes late. Unfortunately that was unaccaptable by you and we issued a refund. We are very sorry for inconvenience. Thank you for your review!
