What a service ! Sent a WhatsApp yesterday morning with a short video of the waste, the van turned up later the same afternoon & took everything away at a very reasonable cost. The driver was polite and hard working and the waste was loaded in such a short time.
The service received was way above what was expected so I would highly recommend these guys.

Amazing service. Contacted for a quote for house clearance after we loved into a house which had been left in a state. Driver arrived to review materials but offered to take the waste same day. I helped him load and we filled the van in 30 mins. Driver was superb and super friendly.Good price and a massive help as disposing carpets etc locally was a huge pain. Recommend.

The response to my initial query was prompt and polite and a visit arranged this morning to give an estimate and, hopefully, a collection. The driver’s first question was to ask who was going to help him load the rubbish into the truck. When I protested at this (I am 76 and, in any case, had assumed that loading the truck was Rubbishtaxi’s job) he quickly took a couple of photos and announced that if I wanted him to come back with a helper it would cost £253. This is for a relatively small pile of mixed rubbish from clearing out a bedroom. Obviously, I rejected this and when I sent a complaint to the company the response was that they were sorry they had not met my expectations.
All in all, totally unsatisfactory and to be avoided.

I have used this service multiple times. I have found them helpful and professional. The operators and drivers are friendly and 'can do'. I highly recommend. I am female and often engage with them alone. No issues. I have used them for well over 5 years on and off. Never had a bad service.

Driver friendly but ripped off on price. Then got charged VAT on top because I didn't pay cash! Hardly any waste cost £158!!!

We booked Rubbish Taxi on Wednesday and he came on Thursday. He was sure helpful and we were extremely impressed with how easy it was to book and how quickly he responded. If we could we would give 10 *

After a month spent trying to get rid of my old sofa, I finally found in Rubbish Taxi the solution.
It was super easy to book. Artur, the driver, arrived this morning exactly as estimated on the tracking app. He was super friendly and he gave me an upfront, accurate estimate of the cost as advertised on their website.
Luckily, the removal was quicker than I thought, and after paying and thanking him, my kitchen finally went back to looking decent!

Inconsiderate people banging carrying large pieces from upper floor making noise at 8:30 am on a Monday. Dropping furniture on floor with no care to others. Soo rude. I woke up from the noise to write this. Thats how bad!!! Spitting on floor in front of communal door for others to step on! How hygienic is this?? Disgusting really.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and fairly priced. Would 100% recommend, and will happily use them again.

The service was excellent but the driver camde with an estimate on his phone which exceeded my expectation. We then agreed on a price and when i went to pay by Apple pay he had added £10 more . I said to him we agreed on this price which he said no we diddnt he agreed on the price on his phone. I pointed he was surrounded by cctv camera which record sound, he quickly changed his tone, changed the price on the phone and went away. I expected to pay no more thern £70 and ended up paying £100 but as I am having a function at home in the weekend I needed the rmoval of the items so did noyt argue.
