The best period underwear

I've been using Rudie period pants for a while and wouldn't use any other brand now. They are so comfy, soft and absorbent! I'm peri menopausal so have very irregular bleeding plus the occasional bladder leak and wear these pants all the time instead of regular underwear. My only criticism is that I wish the internal gusset was lined with black fabric in all of the pant colours so any staining isn't visible.

Period underwear

I bought a pack of the black period underwear. After the first use on my period the undies are stained, even though I rinsed them in the shower at the end of the day. Customer support has since arranged a replacement. I am waiting to see how these go.

Not great product, but great customer service

I brought a 10xpack of Rudie period pants suitable for postpartum flow. Unfortunately, they did not work for me. I emailed Rudie and their customer service was exceptional, and I received a full refund. If I was rating the product alone my rating would be lower, but I was very happy with the prompt, genuine response I received from the Rudie team.

Sizing is way off and their bogus no return policy is hidden on the website. I now have $150 worth of underwear that I can’t use. Do not buy from this company. I wish I’d checked these reviews first.

Very disapponting

Very disapponting. I purchased a pair of the Rudie period swimwear. They were too small (the sizing is way off) and wouldn't allow me to return them due to hygiene concerns. Surely they could put a sanitary sticker in the crutch and a tag on swimwear to prevent them from being worn so items can be returned?
The return policy is also very misleading, it reads like you can return your first order no questions asked but that is certainly not the case.
I won't be buying again. Stick with Modibodi or Bonds!

I’ve since had a response, apologising that my experience wasn’t what I’d hoped and again reiterated the return can’t be processed due to hygiene concerns…What a load of BS! If you buy swimwear anywhere in Australia it can be returned provided it still has the original tag attached. They can’t offer returns because it’s cheap crap being shipped directly from China. Buyers beware.

Don't fall for it, bad quality. Not worthy

Don't fall for it, bad quality not worthy.
This is likely a dropshipping company based in China, pretending to be a local company.
The advertising is pretty convincing and the reviews are wonderful however, the product is cheaply made, doesn't comply with the clothing labeling regulations of Australia and it is nothing different from what you'd get from Temu.
The mattress protector is not waterproof and due to the lack of labeling, is not way of telling the instructions for washing or cleaning it.
The underwear is just cheap, is not useful for potty training and it doesn't hold the most minimum accident.
Don't even bother. Buy from a local shop where you actually have consumer rights and where you are able to return products that don't do what they are advertising to do.

Poor design where u have to buy…

Poor design where u have to buy separate insert, but actually no where to have it inserted in the training pants - and this is explained nowhere in the website. Sizing and fit is so off and looks like a clown pants. Worst thing is that no way to have it refund eventhough it’s a pure online company. Do not recommend buying from them

Very thick seam looks like nappy

My partner bought me period pants for my birthday as I wanted a more environmentally responsible and less intrusive solution.
I settled on these as seemed good value.
I've just had my first period and these are tight so I suggest go up a size. You need to also be conscious that the hem / seam of the pad is very thick at the back so if you wear leggings or tight clothing forget it as it looks like your wearing a nappy
Not really estatic about these, could be a lot better designed to avoid having to wear baggy clothes

Outrageous sizing

I ordered 3 different bundles from Rudie.
One bundle (Cheeky cut) said size 16/XL (which is the size I usually buy) when they arrived they were tiny cut (even my mom who wears a size 10 tried them on and said they were tight.)
Sizing is outrageous- the Gstring 2XL (for size 22) fite me comfortable tight. In any other brand I comfortably wear 14/16.

When I contacted customer service I was informed that Rudie do not exchange for wrong size ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Hi, the website clearly says it is being shipped with Auspost but once questioned this changed into another company.

In addition, I ordereded 8 business days ago and I did not receive my products so I believe it is definitely coming from overseas. Absolutely bad for the environment and misleading. They have their own “tracking” number that does not work with the company they said they are shipping my products with so I don’t know if it is actually being shipped or not. If I do not receive by the end of next week I will put a formal complaint, women suffer enough for paying for the period products which should be life essential products, and being mislead / scammed (?) by these companies are even worse.

Please stop sending me emails with discount if you are not actually going to send the products.

Misleading, don’t buy. Ever!

Misleading

The sock shoes I bought took forever to arrive so while I was waiting bought a sock shoe from eBay and it was only $10 including postage, I paid $36 for the Rudie pair. When the Rudie one finally arrived I compared the two and they were identical, exactly the same shoe down to the pattern on the bottom of the shoe but I paid almost four times as much for the Rudie one and it took 3 weeks to arrive! Do yourself a favour and save your dollars and get the same one from eBay. Ps I’ve tried to leave reviews on their website after purchase multiple times but they keep deleting my review. I don’t trust this company one bit.

These are most comfortable period underwear I own! It’s so nice to buy in bulk and know that Indont need to use other menstrual products in fear of leaking. You can tell these were really well designed

Appalling customer service.

I ordered 2 pieces of underwear from this company on the 2nd of July. A whole week later I haven't received any updates from them, including a confirmation of my order being dispatched. I emailed them saying I no longer want their items so asked them to not bother dispatching my parcel and refund me. 2 days later I got a response saying the item was already dispatched and if I don't want it I can reject the parcel at delivery. When it arrived I wasn't at home, so I took it to the delivery office and asked them to reject it on their system there, which they did and the parcel was returned. 2 weeks go by after the item got delivered back without any notification from them, so I email customer services and they inform me that according to their return policy they don't accept returns?? But "they're willing to make an exception" and refund me for 1 garment??? What kind of an exception is that, making a customer pay for your internal communications issues?? And if I knew that I wouldn't be refunded for both items I wouldn't send them back. Now they have half of my money and 2 items that haven't even been tried on, completely new and packaged up. Also, before I returned the parcel back to the delivery office I saw that the senders address is China, so I'm sure they're just dropshipping their items and calling themselves a green company, greewashing people by saying "we don't accept returns because we avoid waste". I want all my money back, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Edit: they refunded me in full after I told them I'll be posting a bad review for them. That's what it takes to recieve your money back, so beware!

I bought a bundle of Rudie Baby…

I bought a bundle of Rudie Baby training pants and 16 pcs for 156 AUD. When making payment, I chose to pay using Shop Store. So I don't need to fill in my address details. However, when I made the payment, for some reason when the payment process was completed, there was an extra additional payment on the receipts, with total amount 140.40. I submitted a complaint and proof, that I had sent an email to request that i want my order to be cancelled due to double payment. However, i received the total products only 16 pcs for 156 AUD. This store argued that as a company, their operate with low profit margins, and their products are already significantly discounted. I sent an email to CS from the beginning, no response to cancel my product. Then I sent a message to Instagram DM. responded after 3 days. And after that there was no response until I received my 16 products. And I asked for my money back, but it was not given!!! After that the store asked me to send proof of the number of products I received. They are decided to refund my money of 140.40. Because they made a wrong decision not to refund my money. This store thought that I received a double product. So now, they have refunded my money. And asked me to update my review here. Please rudie company. For next time, read your customer email carefully. I will not buy your products anymore. Bad customer service.

Products don't last…

Nothing wrong with the ordering process or shipment of product but I am disappointed with the quality of the underwear. The high waist period underwear started to fray at the edges within 2 washes and have reached the point of requiring replacement after only a year. Not sure if it's the synthetic meshy material that's the problem as the cotton period underwear I've purchased from other brands have not had the same issue after multiple washes.

Absolutely wonderful company with amazing underwear!

Absolutely wonderful company with equally wonderful products! I received really nice help from customer service in getting the sizing of the panties right for me. Then I bought even more. All so cute, comfortable, and very functional!

Good communication

After a few initial sizing issues I was pretty unhappy, however the support team were wonderful to deal with and helped with the issues I had. I would recommend sizing up and be aware every style has their own sizing guidelines that may vary from you normal size. Yet to try the product for its purpose but the company was very good to deal with.

Great customer service
