I just received my parcel. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and I'm located about 1hr from the warehouse.
I ordered a bigger size as I read in the comments that they run small. I'm usually a Medium or size 8 but ordered a size L. They fit almost perfect, just a tiny loose in the side of the bum (i have a pretty small bum).
I haven't tested them yet with my period, but will update once I do.
So far, I'm happy with the material and fit. I have used other brands and the fabric, compared to rudie's, is terrible, so I'm already pleased with the quality of these ones.
I ordered the animal print one and a green ribbed one

There's a glitch on the website that won't allow me to order my size and colour unfortunately 😥 I keep trying to order red in size 14, yet when I look at my cart it's adding black in size 8.

Please advise when this is fixed, hopefully before the sale ends 🙏 Thank you

I ordered the wrong size but the team (esp. Melissa) were super good and sorted me out quickly. Fully recommend the leopard print for comfort and style.

I recieved size 8 instead of 16. Which was my bad as I'd ordered incorrectly.
Rudie were above and beyond with customer service with sending me out the right size. I did notice that you have to read the size guide as lace tops I am 2XL where's the seamless I'm a L. Still eagerly waiting on products however happy with the quality of the 8's, just haven't been able to use them yet lol
Will do update when I recieve the right size.
Must say I'm super surprised about the complaints re customer support. I have messaged back and forth, max 1 day for response, and they have been so accommodating. Which I'm super greatful for as it was my error ordering 8 instead of 16

Great products that are as seen on website. They’re comfy, don’t cut in (like most other brands!) and they’re absorbent without feeling super thick and bulky. They also have a range that is flattering and pretty which is wonderful

What a beautiful Local brand. The most accommodating staff. Nappies are also quality and great.

Great company! The underwear still feels sexy and pretty while having complete protection with your period. I used to worry about wearing tampons over night and didnt like pads as they rub and are so thick but now with Rudie, all I need is underwear. It feels like I'm not on my period and I don't have to keep buying sanitary products. Great for the environment!

On customer services (which is getting so rare these days) Rudie is amazing. I explained I was neurodivergent & they were so helpful ! I’m looking forwards to receiving my sustainable package & product.

I had a frustrating experience with delivery of the items I ordered which unfortunately dragged out for two months.
Their customer service on this occasion was lacking; however, following the feedback I provided I sincerely hope that my experience was a one off.
This was the second time I purchased from Rudie, because my first experience had been great.

I ordered a small the first time of their lace waist banded thongs. I am usually a size 6-8 in bottoms but found these to be too small and dig in. The lace also rolled over and bunches up rather than laying flat. I really liked the product though and preferred them to other brands I've bought in the past.

When they released the seamless thong and seamless briefs I ordered immediately, as I'd been wanting seamless period underwear for such a long time. The quality of the products is really good. The thong particularly is really soft and flattering.

I sized up this time though, and the products were a huge amount bigger than my previous order and way too big for me. In the full briefs, the main issue is the thickness of the gusset, which is inflexible and bunches up a lot. I was disappointed so emailed Rudie about it. They were quick to respond and very helpful and understanding, and have resent my order in a size Small.

The delivery process can drag out but Rudie customer service when they realised I was unhappy were really quick to ensure I received my order and customer service with Melissa was great. I do think shipping is the weak link and put a damper on my experience but product is lovely and overall happy with Rudie underwear. Really like the bamboo briefs.

Buyer Beware! Unfortunately Rudie’s brand position of ‘no waste’ does not extend to its customers! I have three pairs of unwearable Rudie pants, just delivered - & when searching for details of the returns procedure (after all who doesn’t have a returns policy when selling online???) I found a very aggressive and unfriendly refund policy which simply states NO REFUNDS!

However, at the point of purchase I was reassured to see the 60 Day Risk Free claim and purchased with confidence. Then I learn from a different Rudie policy this does so called ‘Risk Free’ guarantee does NOT cover returns for any other reason than product failure.

Rudie do NOT use Kimble tags on their pants OR use hygiene strips - then hide behind the fact that they cannot guarantee the garments have not been worn & refuse requests for a refund. This is SHARP PRACTISE Rudie!! Particularly as you have a 60 Day Risk Free Policy which customers assume is just that - ‘Risk Free’!!! Your pants don’t suit me - the shape is wrong, the coverage is wrong for me in terms of too much padding - both facts I could not establish until I had actually seen the garment. I didn’t even need to try them on!

I have purchased over 25 pairs of pants from Modibody who have always worked with me if there has been a problem. Rudie have made it very clear from their NO Refund Refund Policy that they have no intentions of helping customer who aren’t happy. Hence me choosing this channel to vent my frustrations in the hope that Rudie will actually offer me some customer service - I simply cannot afford to waste almost £40!! Or three pairs of pants and all this waste really contradicts your brand values doesn’t it Rudie!

I await Rudie’s comment with interest…

UPDATE: I am so happy to report that Rudie have listened and offered me a solution. Their Service has been first class in sorting this matter which I really appreciate. Maybe the misunderstanding around the 60 Day Risk Free Policy can be avoided in future by calling it a ‘risk free policy for product performance’…

Just do yourself a favour and don’t order from them.

I ordered $200 worth of products, luckily paid with PayPal as I didn’t receive any confirmation email, no tracking emails and I didn’t receive anything. Months later I am still chasing them up and have been ignored at every turn. I received one email from them confirming my order exists and they would resend it, but then they didn’t and ignored me again. Will be contacting the consumer protection agency as these guys are a scam.

Saved a lot of money buying the 7 pack during the Boxing Day sales, I am pretty happy with the pricing and the quality.

Bought 2x period panties for myself during their valentines sale and LOVED THEM! They make my period that much better - they are the little comfort I need and they make me feel confident and sexy during my vulnerable time of the month - loved them so much I bought 2 more pairs during their black Friday sale!

Got some on their black Friday sale and can't believe how comfortable they are! Extremely leak proof and will be using these on my cycle moving forward.

The worst experience coupled with an ugly uncomfortable product. Start to finsh this experience was unfriendly, unhelpful and unresponsive. Finally after weeks and weeks I got my product (first one didnt get sent/didnt turn up or didnt have any tracking). I then got told I had to keep the product and couldnt return/get a refund due to the fact that this was a replacement product! Which it wasnt- the first one I didnt recieve! The whole time the comms where unhelpful and when the product finally turned up I was really dissapointment. Super uncomfratble and not true to size.
