Always courteous and helpful. Wide range of stock. Although Barbour and Ariat stock not as great as previous, still able to find things we like. Never been yet and not purchased something lovely. Highly recommend.

I visited both stores in one weekend. Friendly,attentive staff. The range of brands was very good, particularly glad to see ladies Gant, as quite often stores seem to only stock men’s Gant.

Due to the fact that the company works…
Due to the fact that the company works with DPD who's Extremely poor with deliveries I was having to travel to Liverpool depot to collect my parcel!

We completely understand your frustration. We’ve recently changed our delivery service and now use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all future orders, which we hope will provide a much more reliable experience.

Found the product i wanted at a great price, placed the order, it came a few days later as scheduled. Thats all you need in an on line transaction!
There was one other point which may sound odd 🤔, it was wrapped so well thats its worth a mention, someone at Ruffords spent extra time and care in preparing the parcel, from using Ruffords branded tissue paper and sticky tape and there own box, to me it shows a class act.

I’ve shopped at this store for quite a few years now , the staff are lovely , carn’t do enough for you , they are all friendly and make shopping at ruffords a lovely experience , wouldn’t go anywhere else for the brands I love , highly recommend a visit if you’ve not been before , they have lots of stock and if they don’t have your size , they will do everything they can to get it in for you , love it 😬

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing service! I couldn't recommend Rufford enough. I had a query before ordering, so I gave them a call and the team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. I placed my order online and received a dispatch confirmation within the hour. It arrived the very next morning, beautifully packaged and exactly as described. Fantastic customer service from start to finish – I'll definitely be ordering again!
