They had exactly what I was looking for, the size, the color, the design.The shipping and delivery for this massive 8x10 rug was fast. I ordered on 12/25 and had my rug by 12/29. What a nice way to ring in the New Year. Thanks Rug Pal.

First the good....shopping on the site was easy and selection was good. Item was as described. Shipping was slow. Do not check the box that says you don't need a signature for FedEx to leave the package because of the deliver it to the wrong house you have no recourse and are simple out of luck. Rugpal person was not sympathetic and had the attitude "not our problem." It was FedEx's mistake, but I didn't appreciate the tone. Don't make same mistake.

Communication after ordering needs work. Not sure how good the product is because it hasn’t arrived, but communications after placing the order were nonexistent, not even a confirmation, until the item was shipped and I received a tracking number today.

The rug arrived as indicated. It matches the other rugs we have in the house. Updated emails on the shipping were helpful.

Loved the large rug I ordered so much, I ordered a smaller matching one for another area. However, after having the large rug down in front of a couch and under a coffee table, it’s already starting to “fuzz” in the walk path. Love the color and size, but now disappointed.

I ordered 2 rugs. Both are beautiful beyond my expectations. Great prices and timely delivery. Would definitely order again.

I bought my first rug from RugPal. I had never heard of them but found a rug that I wanted online. Not only did the price match a competitor’s price, but they delivered exceptional customer service from the get go. Before ordering the 9x12 size that I needed, they recommended ordering the smallest size to see if I liked the color. That way, the return shipping wouldn’t be as expensive. Once I got the 2x3 and knew the color would work, I ordered the 9x12. When they saw that I ordered the larger rug, they sent me an email saying to not worry about returning the 2x3 - to keep it and they wouldn’t charge me for it. The first 9x12 that I got was defective, it had a snag. I returned that rug and even before they received the damaged rug, they had shipped me a replacement. RugPal is extremely easy to work with and offers excellent customer service! I highly recommend them and will purchase from them again in the future.

Ordered a rug and received email 3 days later saying, "Oops, we don't have the rug - sorry." Then I'm told I'll receive a refund on my credit card in 3-5 days. So, Rug Pal uses my money free of charge for 6-8 days after selling me a product they don't have. Total scam of a company as far as I'm concerned. Beware!!

I called into the customer service center to ask some questions, and the rep was wonderful. The rep got back to me on some questions I had. I ended up ordering 2 large rugs.
