I was pleased with the ease of ordering my rug and the quick response time letting me know my item was on the way. (Less than two days) I can’t wait to receive it and see if I love it as much as I did the picture of it.

Tracking information sent three days after delivery. Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered.
Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining.
Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.
