Bought a pair of Brooks runners and I have received nothing!

I have contact costumer service and they have not replied to my last email asking where my shoes are! Disgraceful! They were for my son who was waiting with excitements!

Site à fuir , le délais de livraison n’est pas respecté avec un mois de retard les tailles sont trop petite je vais un 38 je commande un 38.5 pour être sur mon mari commande un 42 .5 sa basket me vas ! C’est clairement des tailles EXTRÊMEMENT PETITE . Déçu .

Commande passer le 14 juin pour 2 paires de chaussures
La nous sommes le 30 juin et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande
J'ai contacté le SAV qui m'ont dit que j'attendais 2 colis alors que de base ce n'était qu'un mais un des 2 colis a été envoyé a une autre adresse mais je n'ai encore reçu aucune des deux paires

Livraison délai entre 3 et 4 mais malgres le délai d attente très satisfait de la qualité du suivi et de la livraison et les baskets sont top.

Commande d’une paire de new Balance pour mon fils le 3 juin . Mail de confirmation reçu immédiatement , par contre aucune nouvelle jusqu’au 26 juin . Je relance pour savoir ce qui se passe et là : nous n’avons plus le produit . 1/ quand est ce que vous le dites ? 2/ quand est ce que vous remboursez ? Amateurisme et aucun respect des clients , fuyez !!!

Received the correct shoes, they are Great. I had a question, contacted customer service, they replied within 24 hours. No problems with this company or their products/shipping/customer service. Will be ordering more from them!

SCAM - ordered nearly 2 weeks ago now, haven't been dispatched. Emailed, got an email saying logistics are off at the weekend... then emailed again with no response.

1* reviews look to be real, the others will definitely be fake.

Very disappointed with this company.

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes that arrived faulty. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they told me to keep the faulty pair and promised to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was never sent.

Since then, I have sent multiple messages and received no response at all. Their customer service has been extremely poor, and they have completely ignored my attempts to resolve the issue.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company. Be careful, as they make promises they do not keep and then stop responding to customers.

I ordered a pair of Nike slides but received the wrong size. I contacted customer support by email, and they responded within about an hour. They quickly resolved the issue and sent me the correct size, which I have already received. They also told me I could keep or give away the pair that was sent by mistake. I am very impressed with their customer service and how efficiently they handled the situation. I would definitely shop with them again and highly recommend this store.

Er werd gezegd dat het 9-12 werkdagen zou duren voordat de schoenen geleverd zouden worden. Momenteel is het dag 13 en zie ik op de track and trace dat mijn pakket nog niet eens in België is aangekomen... Mijn pakket is al sinds 7 juni 'verzonden'. We zijn vandaag de 16e en er is nog niets veranderd sindsdien??? Ik begrijp dat een dag te laat kan, of zelfs 2, maar ik ben er van overtuigd dat dat idee zelfs te optimistisch is. Heel jammer want de klantenservice is wel heel vriendelijk.

Je n'avais pas commandé la bonne pointure et le SAV à directement effectué le remplacement. Contact très simple et rapide via WhatsApp avec photo du colis. Les chaussures ne sont pas des copies mais des originales que j'ai fait vérifier par Adidas. Tarifs incroyables. Merci

Je rehausse ma note à 4, j'ai reçu mes chaussures.
Le produit : top, mais bon, ça c'est ma note pour NIKE.
Le service commercial : toujours très réactif et geste commerciale, ce qui explique mon changement de note.
La logistic : dans mon expérience très mauvaise : couleur choisie plus dispo, envoi lent, transport lent;

Est-ce que je n'ai pas eu de bol ou est-ce que c'est toujours comme ça ? Je ne sais pas... Mais les délais de livraison très longs devraient être plus clairement indiqués.

Après 8 jours sans nouvelles je contacte le sav : ils me disent qu'ils n'ont plus ma couleur mais que je peux choisir une autre et qu'ils m'offrent une 2eme paire de chaussettes. 3 jours plus tard toujours pas de tracking number... Je recontacte. On me dit: ce sera envoyé demain. 2 jours plus tard toujours rien ... Même blabla au sav. À ce jour j'attends toujours !
