I bought a pair of the Nike Mind 002 and received fast delivery. No problems with ordering or delivery. However, i wore the shoes for about 2 weeks and one of the orange nobs came off and some of the others are loose as well. Aside from that i love the shoes, but that was a frustrating inconvenience. I reached out via email to the company and explained what happened and sent pictures and my order information. This company responded via email and are sending me another pair at no cost and did not even ask for a return for the original pair. They even said if i was still able to use the shoes until the new pair arrived then i could do so. This company has the best customer service i have ever experienced. I feel so valued and heard as a customer. This means the world to me. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my situation. This company is absolutely amazing. I have referred everyone and will continue to be a loyal customer for life. I truly appreciate and i thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is a reputable company. Their shoes are legitimate and they are very accommodating. They were responsive to emails and stood by their promise to deliver. My grandson couldn’t be happier with his Nike Mind 001 Black Hyper Crimson!

I just ran two miles in their Vomero Premium model. I was skeptical due to price. Did all the research on the model. They have a really good product here. Im a real guy from kcmo I thought their reviews looked fake but they are legit. They also apparently dont let you add pictures here

I was a little skeptical at first but found the best price for the Hooka Bondi 9 and so I ordered. The shipping was very fast, unfortunately I realized the brand runs small with the sizes - I contacted the company after 8pm via WhatsApp and I immediately received and answer. They offered to help with getting the right shoe size very fast and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive. I have never experienced such great customer support. Would recommend and definitely buy again

After reading the reviews, I still took my chances on ordering the Nike mind shoes. I placed my order on May 21 2026 and received my order on June 3, 2026. I have to admit I was not expecting it to come in so fast and was very pleased with the product along with the free non slip socks that came with it.

My experience with running upscale was perfect and pleasant . I live in Canada and was concerned with overseas purchasing. My order was filled and shipped immediately and there were no hidden surprises.i not only received exactly what I wanted but was also gifted a pair of socks and all my answers were answered within the day. I will definitely buy from them again and tell everyone in my circle to also purchase with confidence!

I bought a Nike mint shoes, I paid and they sent it to me, dam wrong foot number, asked for change, and no problem I paid the shipping fee and they offered a discount of 15% for the next purchase, sounds nice, also customer attention is super helpful.
Nice things end there, when I received the shoes I checked for any sign of counterfeit and all seems ok except one tiny flaw, but I discarded because of it's small nature.
So meantime I already send the wrong shoe back and they send me the new one, I checked the destination and credentials of the shop and o my... return address is a supermarket in France, VAT and company ID number provided in their web are not valid/exist in UK or France.
At this point I acknowledge that is a scam so I lost hope to receive the shoes, but finally they arrived, and now appear more flaws on them... not major but enough to know that they sell copy shoes!
So they will send the shoes but are a really "good" copy.
DO NOT BUY!! SCAM SITE

Long shipping times and tracking was not easy, so try to be patient. Unfortunately, received a pair of shoes that were not authentic. Had to contact customer service for updates and refund. They were great, refunded my money, and sent an authentic pair of shoes to replace the others.

Great assistance when I got the wrong shoe size

Excelente servicio

There was a mistake in my order and the merchant took care of the issue really fast, I am happy with my purchase and just placed a new order . Very good costumer service, really recommend this site.

Amazing experience with running upscale. Price better than anywhere I've found and they were very responsive with any questions I had. Loving my new shoes!
