Wonderful experience dealing with a very stressful travel complication. Raven was amazing to work with and provided excellent support and guidance.

I looked up this service in an attempt to rush my passport in order to take my daughter to Mexico for Spring Break. After entering the store and explaining what I wanted to do, I was shown to a computer to fill out my application. Once my card was charged and the forms were filled out, it was brought to my attention that I would not be getting the service for which I was just charged that I was still going to need to go to the courthouse to receive it in 5-7 weeks. Why on earth would the clerk not tell me this once I explained what I was looking to do? The one positive thing that I will say is that once I was able to get through, they immediately canceled the charge. However, had I not called within 24 hours, they would have kept my payment. Lessons learned.
