Roman and Lika were EXCEPTIONAL! I thought I was getting my passport in 2 weeks and I got it in a week! Fast, professional, top shelf service that I would recommend to any and everyone.

Great service, extremely helpful

I discovered less than 3 weeks before an international trip that my minor child’s passport was expired. I called the state department and was told I had to wait 2 weeks before travel time to call and try to get an appointment which was not guaranteed.
Irma at Rush Passport was very helpful and pleasant and PATIENT! Lol My nerves were shot and I called her probably 15 times lol Roman assured me that the passport would come in on time and it certainly did with almost a whole week to spare! Whew! Thank you all so much! In this predicament I would certainly say it is worth every Penny! I would definitely recommend and have since spoken to some friends and family about the situation and found out that they’re very well known!

Great service .. super fast

Incredible experience. I expected a typical byzantine hassle and was so happy I didn't. When I called a human picked up, a real live human. The staff walked me through every step via phone and email. They made everything EASY when we went in, even allowing my family to go in and out of the building to get needed documents (psa: parking is HARD so leave extra time if you're driving :) ) I actually look forward to our next passport renewal!

What a scam. I called them and they couldn't even tell me when I could get a passport. They can't even tell me when I could get an appointment for expedited passport. They don't know until you pay them $1,500, then you'll find out.

This place is wonderful. If you want to trust someone. Trust this place!!

The service was great because of the two most incredible people that helped us a lot, Roman and Daisy. They were very patient with us and they made sure that there is no error in any of the applications that we filled out. And of course we got everything on time, we definitely recommend the company rush our passport.
