Great aestheticians, service and company

My experience wasn’t great. The service is overpriced. The stylist did a horrible job and even though she has been nice during the session, she has been pretty rude when I explained to her that blow dry didn’t even hold for an hour. Ruuby team is extremely slow in investigating the matter and I feel like there is no communication whatsoever. Never again. Better to go to the salon and receive a treatment from a real professional.

I decided after having two babies that I was going to start looking after myself more - but that’s easier said than done when you’ve little free time! Enter Ruuby, the easiest app to use for at home treatments. It’s been a genuine life enhancer and game changer for me, a little beauty treatment here and there in the comfort of my home whilst the babies are sleeping. Every therapist I’ve had (and I booked a few for my husband too!) have been welcoming, professional and so kind to me. The standard is extremely high, which is always a worry when trying someone out for the first time. Even the Concierge email team (shout out to Lana in particular) have been brilliant - swift, friendly replies where nothing has been too much trouble for them to deal with. Honestly I’d give this company 10 stars if I could for having made one small, but very important, aspect of my life that much easier!

Ruuby are an excellent company
I used to work for them in 2022 as a Remedial Massage Therapist and believe me they are on top of their game, Simultaneously I was working with another leading mobile massage company and these guys ( or ladies really ) are better. Why because they are in contact by phone with their clients following up and making sure the service was the best possible !
If I was still in the Uk I would be working for Ruuby for sure ! best wishes Mace

Booking through Ruuby has made taking care of yourself that much easier and more convenient by having treatments at home. I have been using the app for a number of years and the make up artists, therapists and technicians Ruuby has are fantastic!

Rubbish app. It's not functional at all. Useless management too. Pay money to people to write positive reviews when the company and the app are actually S**T. Well they are not gonna get they score up from fake reviews.

My go to for mani/pedis I have had different technicians and all of them delivered amazing results. The service Ruuby provides is to a high standard so prepare to be pampered 🥰.

Great massage! Organised two masseurs to come to our air bnb for a hen party. Both were brilliant & the relaxing massage was very much appreciated by us ladies. Would book again.

Therapists regularly turning up late - most have been mediocre, you’re lucky if you get one really good. Had a great Irish stylist called Simon till he ruined it by saying I could take his number and book him direct. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for the customer.

Fabulous service, have used it for lots of different treatments and everytimw it has been fab. The customer service is great too!

Ruuby always comes through every time. Their concierge team is amazing at making things work and recommending therapists.
