The Rvcarefree rep could not have been any more helpful. Thanks for saving our music festival weekend. It rained the whole weekend, and because RVcare free came through....we were DRY!

Carefree went above normal help . Customer thought they had one product but he didn't have the right information. Carefree checked the vin and shipped the correct part . Awesome customer service.

The two pieces did not fit the awning. I had to grind the plastic to remove material to get the pieces to fit. I suspect that is why I lost one piece and the other one haddock a broken tab

Less than 1 star I am upset that I emailed requesting instructions on how to return an order since the parts were wrong and instead of responding all I get emailed is this survey. I still have parts that will not work for my RV and still no response on how to return them. And I found out from calling the real Carefree company ( number on my packing slip) that although you rvcarefree.com charged me almost $80 per end cap that if I bought them directly from Care Free they are only $2.99. I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing from this site

I placed my order on Saturday 9/12 (Order #14857) and received an acknowledgement. I then received a notification on Monday 9/14 to say that my order was awaiting shipping. Then nothing. I contacted customer service on Wednesday 9/16 and was informed on Thursday 9/17 that my order was still awaiting shipping but would ship before 9/21. I was also told it would take 2-5 working days to receive my order. We are heading back out on the road towards the end of the month and I am concerned that my order will not arrive in time for us to install it before we have to leave.

I never expected a reply back to my request. And suppliers were telling me that my shade was obsolete and there were no parts available

That you replied to my letter very quickly and yaou shipped my parts very fast. So far customer service has been great,I need to contact you again but Im betting things will go smooth again.

From the time I placed the order for our replacement rv awning fabric until delevery, communication with this company was excellent. The replacement awning is original equipment quality and fit, exactly as advertised. I would not hesitate to ourchase from them again!

Great help in finding matching replacement arms. Delivery was quicker then promised.

Still waiting for product, have not received it yet...ordered the end of July...no auto updates on order status...had to contact the company and was told I should have delivery by last weekend...no delivery and no updates as to when, from rvcarefree :(

I ordered the wrong part. The staff helped me figure out what part I needed and shipped it out quickly. Excellent service.

I'm NOT sure why you think I've given a great review as I had a very poor experience with carefree . I ordered a shock to replace one that was on their awning, was charged $45 plus tax and $7.50 shipping and received a small 4" packet with 2 pins and 4 rubber bushings, no shock wes received which is what I ordered . Would not recommend them to anyone

SHE CANCELLED MY ORDER, WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WAS $1700. CALLED MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY MSRP $860.00 TOTAL RIP OFF, ORDERED FROM MANUFACTURE EASY AND QUICKER

I still have not received my order. Because of that, I recently (two days ago) went to a local shop. Within two minutes I had the part. Cost me $4.95. Your service is pathetic. I will not ever under any circumstance visit your site or order from you.

Ordered for my Carefree of Colorado Longitude awning a replacement speaker cover on July 13, 2026 and still have not received product ordered even though online site said it was in stock. I have already been charged/paid for this item. Customer service reported it was to be shipped on or before 7/28/26. This did not occur..still waiting for update on my order to message sent 7/30/26…on 7/31/26 they said they would check on it and I have not heard back.

I had to purchase parts because the original end covers were knocked off by brushing up against a tree. The new items seemed a bit lighter than the original but installed on the awning fairly easily. However, the little trap door that goes on the rear idler cover was missing. I had to use the piece from the original one on the new back cover. Finally, I think nearly $69 for these two pieces of plastic is a bit pricey. The shipping was timely & the cost was modest considering shipment was being sent here to Alaska. I did find the parts drawings helpful and the site was laid out pretty well. Overall, I would buy from this site again if necessary.
