Customer service is great. Item information is lacking if it is in stock or not. Wait a week then had to reach out to find out it would be two to five weeks to receive. Will have to improvise to get camper home.

Made sure I ordered the correct soft-tie. Shipped it right away. We installed it this morning and our awning works like new.

Researched found the part on your website, bought it and you delivered it. No instructions at all but figured it out and it worked

The website made it fairly easy to find parts, but Taylor was great! She took the time to look at my photos and confirmed all of the parts I thought I needed to order were correct.

When the parts arrived they had instruction with them.
