Was a little bit nervous at first because I was having a contractor come and build my wall with the TV and the fireplace but you all did get it here in time thank God so I'm satisfied

Beautifully designed, well crafted, easy to use and full of value. I made an excellent decision by going with R.W.FLAME.
This heater does not heat. I've tried to get the temp up but it says its at 70 it will not go any higher and the booklet says it can go up to 90. It does not work like you advertised it. Not happy wit... Mehr ansehen

I felt really good about buying this…
I felt really good about buying this little stove, from the moment I open the box. there was packed in snugly, wonderful directions solid little piece and I enjoy it immensely. I do not find that the heat is significant.. you really do need to be in front of it (as was expected with an infrared).

Perfect Fireplace
Love this fireplace 🙌🏼 it is exactly what I was looking for and the perfect size ! It was easy to assemble: all pieces included, all holes lined up perfectly, no scratches on the wood! Flame looks real and the unit produces great heat! I often have to turn the heat down 🙌🏼 I am very, very happy with this purchase!

Good reviews
Arrived promptly. Well packaged and manual was easily accessible. It was not what I wanted. I didn't realize I had to do a little bit of work to set it up.

Horrible service
Horrible service, horrible product. Lights are amateur st best, heater provided no heat whatsoever. The requirements placed on me to return the product utterly ridiculous. How do I film the heater producing no heat? The "flame" looks like a person who never saw fire created it. Don't see the need for so many light colors and combos for a heater that generates no heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. if I could give negative 5 stats, I would.

We are very happy with this fireplace.
We are very happy with this fireplace.
It looks great and the flames and logs are very realistic.
It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy.
My only complaint ( be it very small) is that it ships in 2 different packages. If they had arrived on the same day there would be no complaint at all.

Nice and sturdy
Nice and sturdy, flames look realistic. My only complaint is that it’s impossible to tell what’s going on with the heater option. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful piece, priced fairly, and just the right size.
