So happy I found these guys

So happy I found these guys. Ordering is easy and delivery within 3-4 days. Sooner if I message them with an urgent item. I like how they safeguard as well. Double checking with my GP that I still need the ‘controlled drugs’. Thank you guys.

Very Professional service

Excellent communications.

Excellent communication when signing up. RXLive are not even afraid to give their personal names which adds confidence for me as it makes them accountable. All their competitors hide behind the company name and so no personal relationship develops.

I am extremely impressed because I have had very bad experience with several other online pharmacies. If only others would follow this example and realise that the secret of a satisfied customer is communication !

I was also impressed that RXLive immediately prepared my first order which they asked me to review before finalising it.

I am really optimistic that RXLive will be my ultimate solution after so many bad experiences with their competitors. RXLive realise that good customer relations is what business is about. Getting off to a good start makes me really hope that I will not have to change pharmacy again.

Absolutely quality service

Online prescriptions - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TRY IT!

I found you on a google search & completed a simple form. I honestly didn’t think I would even get a reply….. how wrong I was. You did everything from change with GP, order prescriptions, set up dosette boxes and all in time for my next prescription.
You have been efficient, friendly, comms have been brilliant and the level of customer service is one all companies should try to attain as it’s been outstanding. This is the 4th company I have joined and the last, you have got everything spot on.
The App is so easy to navigate and the tracking is great too.
Keep doing just what you’re doing….. it is perfect!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wrong prescription many times

Repeatedly late or comes at the wrong time, probably because they keep adding previous medications to the order (antibiotics which I have never had on repeat prescription)

Not to be Trusted

They lied and said my prescription was issued when they did not have stock. NHS procedure is that they return the prescription fully open to the spine but instead they have caused further problems by invalidating it and now I'm stuck until I can get hold of a GP.

THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL.

I will be reporting this pharmacy to the ICB and requesting a full investigation into their malpractice.

Thank your for your review.

You placed an order for a short supply medicine this item is out of stock and currently no pharmacy can get this in. Prescription for this type of medication only last 28 days. Your prescription was produced on the 14.8.24 and we then got the prescription on the 10.9.24. Today is the 13.9.24 that is passed is expiry date which is the 12.9.24. We informed you the item was out of stock when you emailed us.

You have called us to today to send back the prescription to the spine on the date of expiry. We did send it back to the spine and unfortunately the NHS system when you send back the prescription to the spine after that date it automatically gets voided by the NHS spine. The reason is it is against the law to dispense a control medication after 28 days and that is a reason for malpractice. Our advisor said to get another prescription from the GP as it is expired.

Try and call NHS 111 they may be able to help you get a in date valid prescription.

Simply doesn't work

Simply doesn't work. Every time I change my nominated pharmacy these morons keep stealing my prescriptions and never delivering them. I'm diabetic and live across the road from my preferred pharmacy, but there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the membership I have with this bunch of rude clowns. I've changed all my details, name, age, sex, etc, and still they steal my prescriptions and fail to deliver. Avoid at all costs

Because my prescription is quite big we had a couple of teething problems getting my repeats correct, all sorted now and they have kindly put my medication into dosset boxes, so much easier and safer for me now.

Brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant! The advisors are really helpful and very quick to respond. I have repeat medications and have had multiple new medications and medication changes which they have dealt with smoothly. They have taken the stress of prescriptions away which is a great relief.

A couple of weeks ago I had been given…


⚠️ ⚠️update I have actually received all my medication this afternoon. Which I'm very greatful to rxlive completing my unintended order. Their order page shows totally different (I wish I could post screenshots). But I stand by my review. Except for being left without my medication (I can't be bothered to
rewrite) after I contacted their receptionist who really helped thank you! We can now move on!
But please read the review/s as it could save the same situation happening again.
Once again thank you for getting my medication to me by today I appreciate it alot you kept your word!!⚠️⚠️

A couple of weeks ago I had been given an a&e prescription and look at this company thinking I could get it quicker I filled in form thinking that is what was their normal way to start to order. At that point. I left the website as it like I would of had to pay (I don't need to pay) plus my sister said she would take me to a late night chemist so I had them quick
Now it turns out they have taken over all my tablets without my or doctors permission so I'm now out of some medication I talked to the receptionist who said they'll sort it out as I told them the exact items I need and they promised they would ring me today 29th August. They havnt. the parcel has been sent. I can see only 2 out 6 items are right! Means I've had to ask for an emergency prescription for my insulin.
I suffer from depression and this isn't helping at all yes I did sign up to look about getting this prescription but that was it nothing else. Plus they have set up another order for the 5th September after i have told them to take my details.off (phone call recorded)
I'm now paranoid to phone and ask my Dr for the other items because I'm embarrassed of what I've done my mistake.

I have past history of overdosing so frightened they may say no because they don't know what I have now. This company obviously hasn't checked any of my medical records for risks like this or any other pointers they may need to know As my normal chemist knows me and my history they know if the doctor eve made a mistake and sent the wrong request or if I go through them for a repeat. These don't so they have sent out alot of codeine to me which if I had signed up properly or on their website talked to the pharmacist they would of known!! From the 16th August until I phoned on the 29th I haven't had an email phonecall txt from them obviously why I couldn't believe when told my repeat had been sent to them! If I wanted to change my proper chemist or my doctor would of told them! I'm now at risk when these tablets arrive

I have a partner that will try to get to them first!

BE TOTALLY AWARE WHAT YOU PRESS ON THEIR SITE DON'T FILL IN ANYTHING OR VERIFY YOUR EMAIL!
UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
IF A ONE OFF PRESCRIPTION AND YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHEMIST YOU USE FOR REGULARLY CHECK WITH YOUR DR THAT YOUR NORMAL CHEMIST HASN'T BEEN STOLEN FROM THEM TO THIS COMPANY MESSING UP YOUR REGULAR DOSETTE BOX OR REGULAR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ARE STILL WITH THE CHEMIST YOU !! CHOOSE!

Pharmacist Regulator contacted about information transfer. I asked if it is ok for that to just happen. (Note I confirm email thinking that was to get an account to order the only ONE prescription NOT ALL MY DETAILS TO BE MOVED AND TAKEN FROM MY LOCAL CHEMIST I will try and edit for information when I get a reply.

This in my eye very very dangerous and if turn out to be ok. I'll be looking to get it changed!

I have deleted all my replies because I'm getting returned messages and this is a review site. I will say once more I did sign up looking to order one item. I'm dyslexic and may miss understand the wording. This isn't about the delivery really it's about someone being able to do what I did and not being told until your drugs don't turn and you find out this company has taken over. Even if you I did it by mistake. The second thing no checks they say they don't need to. But also says in some case they would check. Which if they had they would know my personal information which is now out of my choice.

I have now left this with other people who will hopefully sort this out.

We do apologies for your experience when you signed up for the service on the 16th August 2024 you will be effectively become a nominated patient. Therefore your prescriptions are switched to our service as you filled the nominated form. So when we get a prescription from the GP it will come to us after the day we have been nominated. When we get a prescription we will aim to deliver within 1-2 days so that day is your estimated delivery date not your next delivery date.

In regards to your medical records we will only supply the prescriptions your GP supplies us we do not need to access medical records as we do not supply we simply just deliver your NHS repeats.

As you’re in the local area we will deliver on the same day. If you want to choose your chemist for the next month you can do so as you wish it is the patient choice to choose what service they want to use.

Thank you we do it within 24 hours (if we are informed it is needed urgently) or on the same day. A member of the team tried to call you, if you can kindly speak to them it will resolve this mater.

One of the team will contact you this morning to resolve your issue. We have tried to call you now several times and there is no answer. We really want to resolve this please kindly call back.

We are now confused we have reviewed all call recordings and you have agreed for a delivery, we will use this and share with you as you wish. We have also held the delivery as you're a new patient so before we send your first delivery out we confirm if we want to use the service which you did agree to. Your medicine on the delivery is exactly what is in the parcel so there is no extra medicines. Once you get the parcel please review and update this review. We also also see you have logged onto our tracking links to change your delivery date and safeplace as per below.

We have also checked the tracking: In Transit
As requested, if we can't deliver your item, we'll arrange a Redelivery on 31-08-2024. If no one's in again, we'll deliver your item to your chosen Safeplace. We'll let you know when it's delivered.
