From the house evaluation through to the sale (despite complications in the chain) the Ryder and Dutton team from Owen to Jade to Jenny and Michaela who helped at different stages of the process I was always kept updated and they followed up when we needed to push the chain along. They made the moving day really easy for me giving me simple instructions for what I needed to do with keys etc and they supported all viewings and were respectful in how they managed people round the property. R&D Royton were very helpful and professional. I had to change properties and Michaela was really helpful in finding the second property for me and making the changeover easy. Both myself and the vendor needed a quick sale and Michaela was very good at chasing things up so that the time taken for the conveyancing was kept to a minimum.

Michaela, Jade, and Amber from the Royton office made the sale of our late uncle's property very easy. From the initial valuation and marketing which was completed to our specifications, they kept us well informed throughout the whole sale process. Oliver, Jade, and Ammaarah were a pleasure to deal with, when selling our house, Maxine helped us to sell, which we knew would happen as we had been on a couple of viewings with her ourselves, so thank you all very much.
A very big thank you must go to Michaela though, keeping us updated on all progress at regular intervals, getting in touch with solicitors to find out information on our behalf, really going above and beyond, to ensure our process was as smooth as it could be.

Moving is one of the hardest things in life, but having someone at the end of a phone, who solves issues as fast as Michaela, at the royton branch, I sincerely recommend.

R&D - a very good estate agent. Michaela was very helpful and patient in assisting us in viewing potential properties, until we found the right one - even after then, she was available for further viewings. Jade, was helpful as a direct point of contact once conveyancing commenced, and Oliver was available in the event of back up services required. All-in-all, we would recommend R&D (Oldham) to appoint whether it be for selling or purchasing.

Can't recommend Ryder and Dutton enough! Oliver, Jade, Michaela and Veda have all been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of selling our house, which I must say sold extremely quickly. All staff at the Royton branch have been so helpful and so friendly. Such a lovely team!
